I have a very sensitive stomach and I would be the FIRST to complain of stomach upset lol. I am so glad that your shoulder pain has gone too !! Who knows so I am going to just continue on what I was doing because SOMETHING IS working!! I sure hope you stay on the CDS. Have you tried the 7 day MMS? was it the CDS or the MMS that made your shoulder better? we are aon a roll here yippie!!!

Oh this is fantastic news Megg! And Evanir too! Wonderful work you're doing! MMS ROCKS!

My foot/knee seem to be holding for the better. I'm going to guess it's about 40-50% better. Usually when I get up in the morning that's when it hurts the most. But lately, I've been able to put weight on it. It's stiff and sore, but it doesn't feel like it's broken the way it did before. That pain was awful and I needed crutches to get around. So grateful it's better now. Another side effect of doing this protocol is that I'm losing weight. I personally don't care what I weigh as long as I'm healthy, but it's kind of nice to fit into clothing I haven't worn in years. I think I'm losing more in inches than in actual pounds.

Megg, do you attribute the lessening of the arm pain to starting the MMS2? Just curious...

Evair, I'm so happy for you that the CDS is working well for you. That's terrific!

Today I made the mistake of only adding half the amount of liquid to my daily MMS potion. I was thinking this morning -- "huh, that tastes pretty strong!" but I thought it was only because I'd switched back to using grape juice instead of stevia and peppermint tea that the taste was so different. Then around noon today I was completely out of my daily remedy and stood there with a question mark over my head until I looked at the container I use... I had only filled it to the lowest mark, not the correct higher mark. What can I say, I was in a hurry this morning and clearly not paying close enough attention. So, upshot is I just spent the last 5 hours taking 18 drops per hour! And guess what -- NO NAUSEA! (I am a little freaked out though... not sure how to go forward today because I don't want to go all herx this afternoon )

KJ,

did you say somewhere else that you would like to make CDS?

I have been making it and it is super easy, that is, the shot glass method to make CDS, look for a thread with this subject,
but here is a summary that Pam wrote, although you will be able to see on page 8 of that thread, pictures that Pam took
as she was making it. I found a small bottle that doesn't tip when placed inside the quart jar. You can test it before you actually do it.
The color of the water will turn yellow and it tastes so nice. No more nausea for me.

Pam wrote:

So, to make 1 day's dose:
Use a quart glass jar, marked off into 8ths, with a plastic top. (Old mayo jar, pickle jar, or a ball canning jar, whatever) -
pour in 2 cups of distilled water
set aside
In a shot glass, put 12 drops of 50% citric acid and 12 drops of MMS - swirl once or twice to mix the drops,
Place the shot glass into the quart glass jar so that it floats
Put the lid on snugly
Place in a cupboard

After 14 hours (maybe only 12 would do, just didn't test 12) -
Remove quart jar from cupboard
remove shot glass from jar, without spilling contents into the liquid
Add 2 more cups of distilled water to quart jar, making 32 oz
Drink at 4 oz per hour, for 8 hours.
Store in a cool environment (padded lunchbox with ice keeper)

If you are quite toxic, since this is at the upper range of the PPMs, I would make this change for the first 2 days. After stirring the quart jar with 32 oz of liquid in it, using a plastic or wooden spoon, I would take another quart jar and pour half the 32 oz liquid into it, and fill each jar back up with distilled water again. Use one jar of this extra diluted mixture each day for the first 2 days, then go to a one jar (not extra diluted) from that point on.

Remember, CDS smells very strong, but it does not taste strong like it smells.

Thank you Evanir!

I do want to learn how to make CDS. I haven't gotten around to it yet because I've been pretty happy with the 7-day fridge method. Still, I do want to try the CDS at some point. I'm keeping a file on how to make it -- I'll cut and paste your last post there so when I go to make it I'll have all the info I need. Thanks again, and I'm so glad to hear it's working so well for you. That's terrific! How are you feeling after switching (other than - yay! -- no nausea). Does it feel different in your body taking the CDS as opposed to the 7-day method? Would love to hear your perspective on that.

Well, today there's good news and bad... My foot and knee were much improved today -- so much that I was able to be out and about for most of the day. When I first woke up my foot not only had less swelling and pain, but the color was changing back to normal around the toes and halfway up the arch too. That is huge. For months now my poor foot has been a dull-red-liver sort of color. So nice to see it changing back to normal! And then I had lunch with a friend in town. I thought I was doing really well staying to the diet (everything was plain and simple and seemingly straightforward), but apparently there was something I ate that I shouldn't have, as within about an hour my foot was swollen and painful again. Pththth!

Back to the drawing board.

At least I know how to get back to where I was this morning.

I am glad the 7-day MMS is working well for you.

With CDS besides no more nausea, I also don't have diarrhea anymore which was sporadic anyway. NO pain in the stomach either.

The only thing is that I still wake up during the night with pain in the legs and lower back. why does it have to be in the middle of the night...
Before starting MMS in July, I wasn't having much pain except on the shoulder, which is better now.

My lungs are still doing much better, no wheezing or coughing and I am taking 7.5 or 8mg or prednisone, down from 20mg in July.
Next month I will lower to 7 and if everything is still alright I can lower to 6 in November. The trickiest time will be
when I lower to 5, that's a big test, since the adrenals are not working anymore. I need to continue doing all I can to see if they start waking up.

Amazing how our bodies are so sensitive to bad food and in your case it shows up that fast on your foot. At least you know what makes it better!

Hi everyone. Oh boy..just another obsticle that you cannot handle. Like Pam told me record all that you do so that you can go back and look and see what may have caused certain things and see what ha healed or helped. I don't know about you but I don't have the best memory. I DO write this all down. I have been so so tired lately. I don't sleep well anyways but when i get up and have my coffee I want to lay my head down and sleep all day lol I may still be sick or my body needs alot of rest right now??? Not sure. noted .... I'm still at 3 granuels of MMS2 2 x's a day. I am still reading up on DSMO. I really ant to try this stuff herd its great on the lungs. I don't have any issues with my liver as far as I know. I don't intend to use alot of DSMO ... still reading ...I have to be real careful. But I'm glad to hear that you are all doing well. ITs good that people report back here even if its a small thing that was taken care of still share. Like me Im here for my lungs and found after a few months of alot of pain in my left shoulder and arm has gone away but just a tinge of pain and I can now move my arm with no pain :) wasnt doing CDS because of that lol. so its doing something :) :) have a great week end if I don't hear from any of you :)

Today is so much better! I found out it was not the food I ate yesterday that caused all the upheaval -- and I think I may have found the source of what's going on with these benign tumors. My body scan revealed a serious iodine deficiency and I got it tested yesterday. Wowza, it's extreme. Normally it would show up as goiter in the thyroid. I started taking a few drops of Lugol's per day -- just started last night. This morning, the swelling and pain is way down. Keeping my fingers crossed that this could be a big underlying issue finally getting resolved.

Evanir, I'm so glad it's working so well for you! That's terrific! I have the same problem with my adrenals and sometimes have to sit down and rest because they just give out in the middle of the day... Hopefully as our bodies heal, our adrenals will also be restored.

Megg, I've been doing QT sessions, so I dont need to guess what triggered me -- it gets tested and revealed in the session. So helpful, and kind of expensive, but I find it so worthwhile. This is work I love so much I'd love to study it and learn it to help others :) I'm glad to hear your arm is better and holding. That's wonderful!
