Hi Clint,

Yes, I did do the DMSO and it made the swelling and pain worse, so for now backing off of that. Pheww... this is an intense ride, but I feel better at the moment. The pain has lessened somewhat over the course of the day. It's not so much that I'm in a hurry, it's just harder when things get better then suddenly worse. The up/down of it really requires a strong contemplative foundation; the ability to be with each unfolding moment as it comes. Sometimes I'm better at it than others :)

KJ,

I just read that you are taking the MMS2 also. You are attacking it from all sides, and that's great, but I am sure with that you will have more reactions.
I am glad you are feeling better for now.

Do you know if it is ok to have some peppermint oil in a little water when we feel nausea?
I have to do a search, because I threw up the other day and that's the rarest thing for me.

Take it easy and rest a lot!

KJ,

If that is the case... then I'd resort to a Calcium Bentonite Clay (CBC) Poultice.
and leave it on over night.... the clay is great stuff.

Suggestions for Using Topical Clay Mask
In addition to facials and full body wraps, a clay mask can also be applied topically to help
relieve acne, arthritis, eczema, psoriasis, poison oak and ivy, shingles, broken bones, burns,
cuts, pressure wounds, scrapes, blisters, insect bites, warts, and toenail fungus, just to name a
few.* Bentonite clay for topical application may be purchased pre-mixed or made from clay
powder.

How to Make Your Own Clay Mask:

- Combine clay powder to water at a ratio of 1 part clay to 3 parts water in a glass,
ceramic, or food grade plastic container with a non-metal, air-tight lid.

Suggestions for Using a Clay Poultice (Clay Pack)
A clay poultice is simply a thicker application of clay mask, intended to be held against the skin
for prolonged periods of time for the purpose of concentrating the clay’s curative and revitalizing
action on the affected area. Poultices are good for broken bones, inflamed body organs,
sinuses, infected wounds, eye irritations, etc.

How to Prepare a Clay Poultice:
- Use the topical clay mask mixture.
- Apply a ¼ to ¾ inch thick layer of clay mask over the desired area and cover with
piece of gauze, a bandage, or plastic wrap to keep the wet clay in place.

The timing and repetition of any application will vary from 30 minutes to an hour to all day,
according to need. More specifics can be found in the book, Living Clay, Nature’s Own Miracle
Cure.

Thank you Clint! Great info there!

Thank you, too, Evanir. Yes, I am taking 3 small capsules of MMS2 a day (size "3" only half full). So far the fridge method seems to be working well. I have been taking it with strong peppermint tea with stevia added to mask the taste. I didn't know about the peppermint/anti-nausea connection, I guess I just intuited it :)

KJ,

I think I need to make some peppermint tea to help with the nausea, otherwise I have to lower the drops and take less mms2.

Somehow I thought we shouldn't use any tea at all with MMS.

Clint,

I have been taking the Calcium Bentonite clay before bedtime, only 1/2 ts in water. The only problem is that I am severely constipated
and my cousin had the same problem taking the clay. Is there anything else we should do?

Do you hear that some people have this problem? I hope it will go away.

Thanks for your help!
Evanir

Yes... and my apologies Evanir for not over stating this.... you MUST drink more water when consuming clay ... it happens to a lot of people... (cause they are dehydrated already, then start on the clay)

Drink hot teas, and room temp water (8oz glass of water water every hour)

Also...if you want to take this s step further... get a small 4 post stool (10" high) and place it in front of the commode, and place your feet on the stool when are going #2 ... this helps a lot)

Hope this wasn't too personal....

Evanir,

I thought the tea was ok because Scott (Truthquester), who came up with the 7 day fridge method, used Jasmine tea with his. I figured from that that tea was ok. Do you remember where you heard differently?

The other thing I sometimes to do mask the taste when I make MMS1 the regular way is to add grape juice. Just a tablespoon splashed over the top does wonders. Overall I am trying to stay away from fruit right now though (it can feed candida), so I only do that when necessary.

Update:

I did a QT session today. I just really needed the support. It was extremely helpful and the swelling and pain are already down quite a bit. I made a schedule for myself that I am still trying to work out... yoiks, so many things that need to be separated by (at least) 30 minutes. I'm taking MMS1, MMS2, Clay, DE (ok, planning on it -- still have research to do there), regular supplements early morning, a homeopathic remedy for my lymphatic system, Borax. Tons of water to drink every day. Oh yeah, and then there's food to try and squeeze in once in a while! So far, my schedule looks like this:

6am and 7pm: Supplements and Clay, DE, homeopathic remedy (15 minutes after the others)
8am: start 10-hourly MMS1
8:30 11:30 2:30 MMS2
9:30 10:30 12:30 1:30 Borax (for serious candida)

So far, so good. No nausea or diarrhea. I don't want to spread things out more, as I want to finish my MMS1&2 as early in the day as possible so I don't have accidents at night. Don't know what kind of herx reaction the Borax might cause, but I'm not risking it right now. Just getting my doses in early.

Still need to work in baths and enema stuff. It's a work in progress...
