Hi Megg,
Below I've cut and pasted Scott's directions for making the 7-day MMS1. Though the directions make it look kind of complicated, it's just really broken down into small steps -- a good thing for those of us first-timers
. It's really simple once you do it once. Then it's simple -- you just have to remember to do it!
I use a glass jar that is about 5oz. to make the mixture in. I also use a 2-cup measuring cup that has mls on it, and a small shot glass that has smaller mls on it, so I can measure out the MMS and water in correct amounts.
I'm curious to see how this works for you! As always, keep us posted

Hi everyone,
I want to add an update to how I now make the 7 Day Fridge MMS, and the amount of it that I have been able to take without getting nauseated at all. I'll also give some instructions on how exactly to make it stronger than before - a 4 drops per hour recipe is below.
What I'm doing different than before is, instead of adding cool water to the combination of the mms and citric acid (after it's been activated for 1 minute), I'm now adding very hot water to it. Probably about 160 degrees F (about 71 degrees C) and I add enough of the hot water to bring the total mixture amount up to that 140ml mark. Then I cap the mixture with the airtight cap and let it set until it cools down. Then I stick it in the fridge. Keep in mind that the bottle that I use, once filled with the mixture plus the water, has very little air gap on top, so there really isn't much space for the gas to go into and once a certain pressure is reached, no additional gas can escape due to the pressure within the bottle because of the airtight seal. Actually, accept for the reason of keeping it out of the light, I don't even really think that it needs to be refrigerated at all until the 1st 20ml serving is taken out of the bottle (thus causing there to be a larger air gap for the clo2 to be able to go into). The reason for switching to the very hot water instead of water at room temperature, is that I'm trying to encourage the activation process to continue happening - in order to hopefully activate 100% of the MMS. This should help to use up the citric acid better too, which also causes stomach upset for some people.
The end product of this method, the activated MMS that it produces, has a flavor that is more, what I would call, "naturally sour". More like a lemon. So if you were to add a little sugar water to it, you would have something similar to lemonade. For me and my wife, who also takes it fairly often, it's a better flavor. We add it to our sweet tea and the tea then becomes lemony - which is a pleasant flavor.
Another thing is that when I mentioned before that I doubled the dose because of a kidney infection, and stopped the infection after taking it for 12 hours, I had said that it was 6 drops per hour that I took and didn't have any nausea. Well, actually it was 8 drops per hour because I had made up a stronger, 4 drops per hour mix, which I had doubled for that kidney infection, making it 8 drops per hour for 12 hours - and again - no nausea at all. And I didn't ramp up to 8 drops per hour either - I just started taking 8 drops per hour from the 1st hour to the 12th. And when I drank this 8 drops per hour mix with my tea, it really wasn't bad at all, although I could tell that it was strong.
By the way to make a 4 drop per hour batch of the 7 Day Fridge MMS, do the following:
(*** Do all of the below in a well ventilated area and have a fan blowing at the place where you are making this - especially for when you add the larger amount of very hot water to the mixture because this will cause the clo2 gas to overflow the bottle ***)
Equipment Needed:
-1 glass bottle with a cap that will make an airtight seal. Bottle should hold about 150ml or 5oz. and ideally not larger than this because we don't want too much of an air gap above the mixture
-1 container (ideally with a pouring spout) to combine the 50% Citric Acid and hot water in
-1 container to hold about 110ml of very hot water
-1 graduated cylinder (this is ideal) or some other way to measure 15.6ml of liquid
-1 fan to blow air at the area where you are working (ideally) or just be very careful
Ingredients Needed:
-15.6ml of MMS
-15.6ml of 50% Citric Acid
-109ml of very hot water (160+ degrees F or 71+ degrees C)
Instructions:
-Put 15.6ml of MMS into the glass bottle that you will be storing the final mixture in.
-Then combine 15.6ml of 50% Citric Acid with 9ml of hot water in a separate container.
-Then pour the Citric Acid/hot water mixture into the glass bottle that already has the MMS.
-Then swirl this mixture continuously (to encourage the activation process) for 1 minute
-Then add 100ml of very hot water (160+ degrees) (Careful! - a fair amount of gas will be produced and boil over when you do this - DO NOT breath this gas)
-Then immediately put the airtight cap on snugly & let cool for a few hours or longer, even 8 to 12 hours or so if you like. Also if you want, you can shake the mix occasionally while its cooling down, to encourage the activation process even more. Just make sure the cap is on good and tight.
-Then refrigerate until ready to use and keep the remaining mixture refrigerated after each use
The above "recipe" will give you 32 drops of activated MMS for every 20ml of the mixture. One way to use it is to combine 780ml of water or other "approved - no vitamin C added" liquid (I use 780ml of a bottled sweet tea), with 20ml of this mix (which will give you 800ml of combined liquid) and then pour out 100ml of this liquid every hour to drink. What I do is pour out 100ml of my MMS/Sweet Tea mix and then add at least another 150ml of water to that, so I'm drinking 250ml of combined liquid each hour - which also takes care of my liquid intake need for the day pretty well.
Well, that's all I have to say about that for now. Any questions about anything - just ask and I'll do my best to answer them for you. I live in Indonesia so sometimes I might be a little slow getting back to you but I will eventually.
With love to you all,
Scott
