Today my foot is really swollen -- the whole foot not just the original spots. I can barely bend my knee and both are seriously painful. This protocol may not be working for me, as though I have better and worse days, overall the condition seems to be getting worse.

Hi KJ,
Just a thought. Maybe it's because of all the walking you did the other day? You mentioned you spent the whole day out. Maybe you just overdid it. I have an inflammation problem in my right lower leg and I know that the more time I spend on it, walking around or even just in a down position, sitting lets say, the worse the inflammation gets. It's a circulatory problem for me. Keeping it elevated is what helps to bring the inflammation down for me. Just being more horizontal seems to do it. Just food for thought ;) .

May you be well.

Scott

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys. This suggests the possibility that CDH / CLO2 is a potential LIFESAVING MRSA cure, VRE cure, CRE cure, AMR cure, Ebola cure, HIV cure, Cancer cure, etc., since it appears to be safe intravenously at 50ppm.

- Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS, so 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH
- MMS is 7 to 10% activated in 30 seconds while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops

Hi KJ,
I haven't read your whole thread here so maybe you have already said that you don't have this, but based on some of the symptoms that you have mentioned, it sounds like you might have deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Here is a link to the symptoms from the Mayo Clinic:

From my concerned heart,

Scott,

I read your letter, regarding inflammation with too much sitting, and it immediately reminded me of the Psoas muscle.

When this muscle is tight... all hell can break loose in a person (Prostate irritation.. constipation, bladder issues, etc...) ...left tight too long,a person can have serious problems. Doctors have no clue cause it doesn't show up on X-rays. Keeping the muscle relaxed (elevated) only postpones the inevitable.

I had to have a new hip in the last year cause of the psoas ... all due to it being chronically tight for over a few decades.

What convinced me was this article:

www.prostatitis.org/muscle.html

You know you possibly have psoas issues when you have lower back problems, painful periods, hip pain, frequent urination and poor prostate health.

I have since learned to do psoas stretches ... and have no more issues after long sitting bouts....

Just thought I'd pass this idea by you,

Clint

Thanks Clint. I'll look into that for myself because I have had some of those problems that you mentioned as have my father and brother - especially back problems and prostate issues. Great pictures by the way! :)

Take care,
Scott

Clint - is there a site that has the exercises? When I look at some of the stuff going on with me, I'm beginning to wonder if this might not be an issue. Or at least the stretching would be a help <G>. (And it may all just be leftovers from a 2005 Segway accident, but still, some stretching would probably be good for me.)

TRUTHQUESTER,

Concerning the prostate ,Saw palmetto w/pumpkin seed oil works for me , and I also take cod liver oil. :)

Concerning the back, you may wish to contact the illinois back institute, they can work wonders.

best wishes

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!
augmentinforce.50webs.com/Turpentine%20Therapy.htm
youtube- daniels, why turpentine is good for your health most excellent info with instructions and warnings for proper preparation prior to using turp should you choose to do so.
diamond g in georgia was the best turp I found.

also check out the borax conspiracy about arthritis, worth your time to read.

Here's a few Pam ...

... starting from light psoas stretches to advanced (when your psoas is more loose)
To give you an idea of how tight this muscle can get .... I had Neuro Muscular Therapy for 3 years (2x's a week, 2 hour sessions at a time), and it took 8 months for my psoas muscles (you have 2) to finally release. It's a very stubborn muscle.

I've been told to do these 2-3 x's a day.... since I tend to do a lot of sitting for work (which is the worst for the psoas)

Light stretch to start off:

Intermediate stretch ounce you start to get loose:

A more advanced stretch:

have fun !

:-)
