I am quadriplegic and have used DMSO for the past 2 years. I have not stare the MMS yet, but will as soon as I can afford to purchase some. Anyways, DMSO by itself can burn your skin. I often use hot wet towels to apply the DMSO. I also have sent DMSO to persons with severe arthritis who have all adapted different ways to apply.
BTW I don't know who you spoke to about diet and or anything regarding homeopathic remedies. You must remember many people are adamantly opposed to any alternative treatments, always check the messengers agenda.
Peace

Hi Sally,
I'm new to posting but have been checking this forum on and off for a couple of months now. I just wanted to say that you are a real inspiration documenting the process for fighting these viruses. Also, you are very honest and candid with the problems that arise....something you don't often hear about.

I was diagnosed -blood test and culture - with hsv2 back in 2005...needless to say it was a shock to the system and I too am at the point where I want to get rid of it once and for all!...I started mms under the old protocols but never got to the proper level 3 x 15 per day, so I gave up. Now I see you and I think Delite along with Opulences's success have inspired me to put a strategy in place and proceed to rid me of this virus horribleus.

I see there are a few new weapons to use like CDS, DMSO, MMS2...I will look in to these and will post updates periodically and be asking questions along the way.
Keep it up - I wish you and all others battling, success and blessings galore.

Sally,

You're doing great !! Keep up the good fight....

One of the reasons you might be having serial flare-ups, is because your system is very acidic ...... and one of the things that can help is clay ...(calcium bentonite clay i particular)

This clay has a Ph of 9.7.... VERY alkaline .... and should be drank a few hours away from the MMS to help to alkalize you system. Also......

You can put the clay mud on your break-outs and it will make them going away very quickly. I know this from experience.

If it was me, I'd be drinking the clay on an empty stomach.... 2x's a day.... right when you get up... and right before you go to bed.

thank you I will try the calcium bentonite clay hopefully it help.
Right now I have a MAJOR OB it makes me really sad and I get anxiety and become depressed.
I noticed that this OB is worst that without the mms? I have cold symptoms like sneezing so much back pain... lots of pain on my lower back. I cant even sit normally... it sucks!!!
I will get the clay and try an alkaline diet... can some one please tell me what to eat in an alkaline diet?

thank you.

Whatever you end up eating (Alkaline or Acid)... if you keep drinking the clay (1 rounded teaspoon in 6oz ow room temp water)... it will alkalive your system.... even if your eating acid foods..... it'll help.

It'll help Sally..... try to be patient.

use the clay internally to alkalize your system... and the clay externally to deal with and minimize the outbreaks.

Keep us informed of your progress,

Blessed/smartyme - you are an inspiration to read and I applaud your persistence and courage also. Are you using DMSO undiluted. If so - I suggest to reduce the strength to 70% for your topical applications.

I would also highly recommend that you use as much nutrition as you can get. Especially green and vegetable. Taking lemon juice should be also be no problem, just separate your intake from your MMS dose by a bit and don't worry too much about anti-oxidant reaction. Lemon juice is a brilliant alkalizer by the way.

DMSO is an oxidant and you are mixing it with your MMS anyway. Try taking the DMSO and MMS/CDS separately.

If you are applying CDS to your skin, you should also not show burning of your skin. I guess it could be high strength (99%?) DMSO that is irritating the skin. I would suggest you take your MMS/CDS dose on its own, and then take a diluted DMSO dose afterwards (1 tsp 70% with say 50-80 ml water) orally.

I have been putting 70% DMSO onto my feet for an athletes foot issue for weeks now, with no surface effect at all. And it works! I have so far not had another outbreak - which is great.

Wishing you success and recovery.

Ok so today I have a messed up stomach after my 3rd daily dose in the protocol I am following requires to alternate from mms to mms2/cds soI could not keep the mms2 /cds and to top that off I just got another oral OB. I keep touching my face due to he nerve twitches. I also did 3 dmso/mms body sprays with the diluted dmso to 70% . I really wish there was something I could take to stop these damn nerve twitches and OB, also I keep having lots of lower back pain and my body feels itchy.

I will continue tomorrow with my protocol and hopefully I can keep the doses.
