I have read somewhere that you need to take bReaks with external DMSO . A day or two will help your skin to recover.

Lacika, you are right. Common sense tells you to be kind to your body, but when you are trying to overcome HSV, you fight fire with fire (hmm, maybe you should fight fire with water...lol).

Yesterday, I went crazy with the MMS/DMSO topical spray. I did 5 topical applications. I did so cos I have reduced my oral hourly drops and felt I needed to make up for the reduced drops.

I did one before work and 4 hourly sprays/rub after work. After the 2nd application in the evening I felt sleepy, but I resisted and did 2 more.

I then had a runny and blocked nose and typical head-cold like symptoms, I assumed that it was the MMS/DMSO overload causing those symptoms.

Today, I will do the same but I have to dab my skin rather than spray as some of my skin is sore and I will have avoid those areas to avoid skin damage.

This battle is tough but I'm determined to win the WAR against HSV.

Anyway, I did use MMS/DMSO last year and it burned like Hell. I have not tried the spray method. I do not have OB right now, but I am taking MMS for maintenance. I also started using a Zapper. I did a week session with 2.5 KHz and I started another session with 30 KHz. The manufacturer claims that frequency harmonics can reach the killing frequency of the herpes virus (by Dr. Hula Clark). So, I am playing with this now, but I will come back with MMS/DMSO, if this does not work. So, I want to learn all the experiences, to avoid the burning of my skin.
What is the dose in your spray? Do you wash it off, after a while, or just keep it on? Thanks.

I was thinking the same thing, I must love the pain...lol. On a serious note, I'm fighting HSV as hard as I can. The pain is excruciating but that's is what I have to endure to kill this thing once and for all.

I mix 20-30 activated drops with about 2 tablespoons of DMSO and add a little distilled water. I put it in a spray bottle and spray my neck 360 degrees and behind my ears, and my cheeks esp my left cheek as I used to get facial nerve twitches there. I then discovered that oral HSV reside behind or near your ears and when the HSV is activated it travels along the nerve in your cheeks to your nose or mouth or wherever it is you get it on your face.

I then apply it as far down my neck and onto my spine as I can.

I spray my lower back and as far up my spine I can reach and I put some on my fingers and place it on my butt crack touching the end of the spinal cord which is the coccyx.....AND my butt crack s so sore, but the battle must go on until I win this WAR.
I spray my entire butt cheeks now cos thanks to google images I have discovered that there are a lot of nerves in the butt cheeks (buttocks) from the sacral ganglia or nerve, where it is said HSV2 resides. Also, from google images I believe those nerve from the sacral ganglia run down the legs pass the knee and into the foot. I had some nerve twitches in my foot, applied DMSO and then it started twitch in my knee on my right hand side of my body.

This a recent exposure for me in the last 3-4 months (my partner id HSV positive) and I have never had any symptoms except for a lower back pain for 2days when I believe I was exposed and these damn nerve twitches. I've never been tested but I have booked my blood test.

What is your experience? How long did you do the topical DMSO for?

Oh, since, Ive been doing the topical DMSO, the facial nerve twitches has gone and the one in my foot. I just have the knee twitch but that's subsiding too.

To answer your question, I rinse it off after 20-30 minutes.
I don't think you can avoid the burning sensation. It's the price and pain you have to bear.

Last year, when I used on my lower spine, I did know that I was suppose to wash it off after 30 minutes. So, I had it day by day. I could not take longer than 10 days. Of course, the MMS protocol was different, too. So, I lost my faith and I stopped. When I start this again, I will do with the latest protocol.
I do not have oral herpes.
Talking about the nerves. I have never felt any twitching anywhere, except at the genital area, where the OB occurs. But it is interesting what you say about to follow the nerve route down on your legs. I will remember it. Thanks.

Did you get OB's while taking MMS orally and DMSO topically?

the way I prepared for that wonderful photo shoot you can see which I have posted...., i used 99.9 pure dmso. and 30-40 drops of activated mms... .loll I kept it on for 30 to 40 mins..loll

I am sorry but I want to get rid of this once and for all.... I dont want to wait I would rather be burned and healthy than sick. I get really bad pain annoying nerve twitches, and pain in my pelvis. I get really bad cold and sweat a lot at night ... my lymphs swell alot I hate this I am miserable I refuse to have to share my body with this nasty schiesse.

This is so weird, I feel the same effects as Delite, nerve twitches and sometimes it feels like bugs crawling on my skin. when I spray it it moves around I am not kidding ..loll I always get it on my left leg like in the inner thigh and when /i spray it goes to my lower leg and sometime on the groins ..loll I feel it I spray everything its scary it feels like this weird itch but not quite is like if I try to scratch there is no place to scratch adn some times my legs actually hurts is really annoying I just want this out of me. I will fight . i have been waiting to know about the zapper, let you try it and see if its good I;ll do that too..loll but I have been waiting to see how it works on you.
