^_^ True, but I always read that people post that by the 3rd week they dont get OBs any longer and if they do it is not fully developed. I was able to take my doses fine, yesterday and the day before, I have been spraying every houe for at least 3 hours. And yesterday booommm mayor OB, is a very awkward place .. sucks. yesterday I became nauseas when I was taking the mms/cds and I ate crackers and that stopped me from puking..loll currently I am on 3 activated drops of mms and 1/2 capsule of mms2 and .5ml of CDS it is suppose to be 1ml but that is too much. I take them every other hours by alternating the hours.

I want this painful things to end especially since I am so paranoid in infecting the toilet..loll or somthing I use lysol for the toillete every time I use it.

We will see I will continue for 1 more month. and then do the 7 day protocol and then get tested.

ok outbreaks and more outbreaks... I have been having many outbreaks.. the Post I made today earlier I mentioned about this major OB with many blister soooo painful. I put mms and the clear fluid turned white ewww and then the swelling was reduced a bit. It is still extremely painful and swollen.

I check down there and I was itchy and it seemed like I was getting another ob I saw about 3 bumps coming out so I used mms/dmso with a Q-tip and the itchy stopped and I guess the wont be getting the OB. It is soooo painful I will tell you this I feel like getting the cream for the tooth ache and putting it on the OB, it is painful.

I currently feel a runny nose, tight chest, like a cold is coming up I feel tire and sleepy although I slept fine last night. I really home that this stops.. its been a month but some one did mention that herpes is hard to rid, but not impossible.

hopeful and still fighting....

If you are still having OB's it means the virus is coming out of its hiding place, the nerves so keep taking the MMS so it can kill it when it comes out. Also, if its coming out the nerve it has to go somewhere. I'm guessing it's coming out and going to the surface of the skin.

Keep the fight up, you have to fight many battles before you win the war.

i was thinking that because I have never had such big and reoccurring OBs how can one have about 4 OBs in one week crazy. also I noticed felt itchy inside my left leg and feet. so weird like I wanted ti scratch but couldn't because it was inside.

Ok, I have been taking mms in veggie caps and washing it down with water, on of the ingredients of the capsules ar Arginine among other other vegetable used, I wonder could it be the arginine in the caps that is feeding the herpes and making me have many OBs.

Some protocol call for absolutely no food that would feel the parasite, only greens ets.. I am on the absolutly no antioxidants .. don't kills the mms?


next sunday I will have been on this protocol for 4 weeks, if nothing changes in one more week I will do have to change this protocol.

I have been reading the replies to your post and don't believe I have read where anyone has suggested reducing the 99% DMSO down to 70% with Aloe Vera Gel. I tried it that way on the back of my neck and down to my left shoulder. The pain was greatly reduced with no burning or itching. I sprayed the MMS (20 drops MMS 28% and 20 drops 50% CA plus 1 oz. distilled water) on first, then applied the mixture of DMSO and Aloe Vera over the top and gently rubbed it all in.

YES !! It is... you just solved your own problem....

That particular amino acid is what helps the herpes virus to flare up... it's co-partner, Lysine... is what helps to keep the virus subdued.

All nuts and nut butters contain large amounts of arginine .... what else are you taking in thats contains arginine, do you know ?

can I ask you or anyone a question?

Can I just continue taking the capsules and take Lysine at night with the oxy-powder I always take? I in the protocol I take I also take mms2 and I buy the powder and then fill it in .. I figure that the veggie caps would be better ... I guess not. Also how can suck a small amount of argine cause such severe outbreaks? I am really trying to find out the problem... I cant take the mms withou a capule it is just too nasty and I can't seem to be able to drink it with out throwing up.
