Sorry to hear that it was pneumonia, but I'm glad you're getting good care and treatment to move through it. Whenever I took prednisone it messed up my sleep too. I would feel strong from the effects of the drug, and underneath it, the immense fatigue that comes with being sick. Detoxing is such hard work isn't it! You sound like you're staying the course with your MMS protocols though -- that's good news. Keep hanging in there, it's bound to shift in a positive way for you!

No, a 000 capsule is the largest, and as the numbers go up, the size goes down, so a 0 is larger than a 1, a 1 is larger than a 2.

Should I go t a smaller capsule Pam? I have size 0 and for as little as i take itsnt that too big? trust your judgement highly :

Hi KJ ..Im doing a little better today. I have congestion that it feels like I have t cough stuff up but nothing comes up but a little bit. its aggravating lol I want to cough something up or gag something up but nothing... tok my last antibiotic today so we shall see. all in all im just going day by day and yes im still doing my protcols except the day i went to the drs it messed me all u. but continued the next day. how are y doing KJ ? I think I posted in another topic to you.

I'm doing fine, thanks Just forgot to make my MMS last night so today it's back to the regular way. I'm only doing 5 drops per hour today because of that. A bummer for sure, but it's making me realize I need to make bigger batches of the 7-day method so I don't run out so often.

Afternoon everyone. Hey I forgot to mention this yesterday. I have brusitis arthritis real bad in my left arm and shoulder to where I favor my left arm due to the pain. I couldnt even put my arm on the desk to type let alone hang onto anything in my hand. GUESS WHAT!! THE PAIN IS GONE!! IM USING BOTH ARMS on my desk!! and Im typing with my left hand again since October of last year. !! it was soooo painful at night to sleep. How could I have forgotten something as excitng as that!! I tell you why cause Im so wrapped up into my lung issue that I totally let it go lol YAY! Im so happy. All I have is stiffness from not using that arm..but im working in the therapy for it moving it around alot. THAT stiffness is better than that pain. The pain was so bad I wanted to die. but now??? WOW!!! TY CDS !!!! or MMS2 whichever lol I Thought I would share:)

Yes Pam and Evanir I did document my progress I do every day. I may have missed a day or 2 only that there was nothing to write. I owe that to CDS. I only took advil and tramadol for the pain but neither worked so I lived with it. My son is like what???? I told him about it when he came home from work. HE as surprised that I could move my arm thanks for the cheers
