this pic is amplified for some reason. the spec on there IS A speck of this stuff. like a little more than a garin of salt..it must be that strong to only use that much for such a big capsule. you know how you can balance a salt shaker on its edge on a grain of salt? the grain has to be that small? to go in that big capsule?

LOL, YES - you're going to build up to 1/4 a capsule (because of your weight) - but you don't want to start that high.

OL ok then will start tomorrow. how much water should i be drinking with this stuff and how long before or after i do my mms1 treatment?

Megg, I drink 1 glass of water and whenever it starts to burn a little in your stomach drink a little more.

Some one said here in the forum that it is ok to drink both at the same time, MMS1 and 2, but I separate
between them at least 30 minutes. I drink the mms1 on the hour and the mms2 only once mid morning
and once mid afternoon. I am doing sort of ok with the smallest capsule there is, size 2. Some nausea
lately though since now I am at the 24 drop a day of mms1.

As Pam said, for you no more than 1/4 of capsule, the stuff is strong.

And remember -- no MMS2 right before bed!
