The tub baths to me are wonderful, I really am enjoying them, plus getting used to the stuff we take too.

God bless

I am helped being washed every day.IF I can take one bath in this stuff I would surely try lol. Are you looking to lessen the COPD like me and be able to breath a little better? I am om MMS 1 & 2 and going to attempt to take DMSO as soon as I get enough nerve because of how much I weigh and how senseitive my stomach and system is. I wish each and every one of you good luck and patience in their journey with us all. Don't give up. Keep trying. Megg ...

Hi Megg,

I read what you said about claustrophobia and I had an idea for you. You could do a foot bath. We absorb a lot through the feet.
You get a regular bucket and half fill with very warm water and put your activated MMS1 or even do another one with MMS2 powder.

Soak your feet as you are sitting on a chair. You could put a towel around your legs to keep the heat in your legs. I would do
it for 20 minutes. You could use the same amount of drops it is recommended for the bath or maybe less to start with.

When growing up my parents would do foot baths for head colds and many other ailments. They were truly naturalists, we had saunas when
catching a cold and a cold shower afterwards. And my mom who suffered from migraine headaches, would do a bath called "semi-cupio", by bringing
cold water from a small shower head to the lower portion of the belly. The headache would stop. We had all kinds of
natural treatments growing up and never needed to take any medicine. For fever it was the cold sheet wrap :woohoo:

Just an idea, tell me what you think.

I too, used to have a problem of getting in the tub, gotten over that now. I have used a foot tub many times, and it is awesome when our feet are tired at the end of the day.

Since I work with soaps/lotions etc, I like using essential oils too, and have used some on the bottom of my feet, around my navel and on my throat area, and when others that I was around had colds, I didn't get one. I guess that I am sort of a nutt when it comes to using natural things instead of chemicals, even in medications, I found out I was allergic to most of the ones that I was on, so little by little the doctor got me off of all but 2 b/p med/blocker type. Thus, I had to find other ways of helping myself, like the EO's.

I am thrilled with the MM, a friend of mine gives it to me mixed, thus I don't have to do that myself. I do thank him for helping, and he calls me his ginny pig. I just want to get healthier, as even though I have been on oxygen for 19 years, and 20 days tomorrow, I am still pretty active. I hope that all of us that are taking MM will too.

Betty,

I also like essential oils, but most of them make me sneeze, even the good and expensive ones like Young Living.
So I diffuse in parts of the house for freshening the air and make the house smell nice. I usually leave the room when
I do that. Still allergic to certain healthy things...

I hope you get some good results soon It must be so hard to be on O2 all the time. But keep taking the MMS, don't
give up, for more difficult problems it takes longer.

I cut all of them, w/extra virgin olive oil, as that way they do not burn the skin or are as potent to work with. It isn't good to use it full strength. I used to get YoungLiving as a friend in Canada sent me the first ones, plus the manager where I live used them too.

I want to ask a question? How do I add a picture to my profile on here?

Betty, click on profile tab in the tabs above the "Welcome" msg. Once you get to your profile, look on the blue bar to the right hand side and click on "edit" -
When the next dialog boxes come up, you will find a tab for Avatar Image. Click on that. You will be given the option to upload an avatar - It needs to be fairly small - once it is uploaded, click "Save" at the bottom.

You may have to refresh your screen for it to show. OR, you may have to choose another browser, if it doesn't work with the browser you have.

Young Living are quality oils but very expensive. Perhaps try these people: healwithessentialoil.com/

I have had some good success with them.

Thank you. One of my friends who had COPD who has either died or I can no longer contact her, always had on the bottom of her emails, a butterfly like this. I saw that and decided since I had to use one of theirs, I chose that.
Miss her, we miss those who are not with us, due to this disease.

Yes, I know that YoungLiving is expensive, right now I have a lot of essential oils on hand. I have been making products for several years to help friends with their skin. Thank you, for your suggestion. Bless you
