Yup, I'm around. Had a crazy day today because I accidentally made my dosage of MMS1 double and finished by noon. Good grief! I feel weird! I should have put more liquid in my daily container -- I accidentally only put half in, and so wound up taking 18 drops per hour instead of 9. Whee! No nausea! Except I feel weird now... I'm going to wait a few more hours and then take another dosage, but yoiks, busy or not, I need to slow down and pay better attention in the morning! (was trying to get my son to school on time...)

Maybe drink alot of water to flush it all out?? Im sorry to hear this..that is something I WOULD do not you lol..goodness. Does your head feel fuzzy and blocked...kind of numb? I would drink alot of water to flush it thru faster.... I hate that feeling ... Hope you feel better my dear ... ..

I'm ok, thanks, just... weird I took my MMS2 this afternoon and it was fine. Definitely not going to do this again tomorrow though

Thank you Megg! I'm fine today -- tired, but fine. I even took my full amount of MMS2 yesterday and was just fine. I did not, however, take another dosage of MMS1 I still feel slightly off-balance from having taken so much yesterday, but I am pretty amazed at how well I tolerated that amount. It makes me think I'm ready to up my dosage again -- not by that amount, but just a measured increase. This sure is an intense ride!

How are you? Are your lungs healing from the pneumonia? Do you feel like you're out of the danger zone now, in general and because of the pneumonia?

Hi KJ so glad that you recovered from that. I would be so scared if I did that. I would never hear the end of it either. lol anyways I still have a little pain from the pneumonia. I am keeping it at bay I think. Not sure what is happenening .I read that protocol 1000 is the protocol to folo in this case and that I am already. Makes me wonder if MMS is better for me without the side affects lol. Working on doing a 7 day fridge. we will see how that goes. but all in all Im just so tired still..I can sleep all day!! I am sitting at my desk the past few days as to not get too comfort able and lazy on the couch ...Been surfing the internet on topics of DSMO. what % of food grade peroxide is safe? I hear that is really great. I am finding all kinds of stuff . Maybe the reading is making me so tired lol. Will keep in touch and let all know how I'm doing.. Have a great day everyone

Hi every 1...Nothing nre to report today. Had to dump a whole jar of CDS out due to the fact it was not in the cupboard but 6 hours and forgot to tell my husband that before he took it out and I drank the first one and it burned real bad so basically 2 jars of CDS ruined. so today no CDS harsh on the throat no matter what i tried... Hope all of you are doing well
