Update:
I did a QT session today. I just really needed the support. It was extremely helpful and the swelling and pain are already down quite a bit. I made a schedule for myself that I am still trying to work out... yoiks, so many things that need to be separated by (at least) 30 minutes. I'm taking MMS1, MMS2, Clay, DE (ok, planning on it -- still have research to do there), regular supplements early morning, a homeopathic remedy for my lymphatic system, Borax. Tons of water to drink every day. Oh yeah, and then there's food to try and squeeze in once in a while! So far, my schedule looks like this:
6am and 7pm: Supplements and Clay, DE, homeopathic remedy (15 minutes after the others)
8am: start 10-hourly MMS1
8:30 11:30 2:30 MMS2
9:30 10:30 12:30 1:30 Borax (for serious candida)
So far, so good. No nausea or diarrhea. I don't want to spread things out more, as I want to finish my MMS1&2 as early in the day as possible so I don't have accidents at night. Don't know what kind of herx reaction the Borax might cause, but I'm not risking it right now. Just getting my doses in early.
Still need to work in baths and enema stuff. It's a work in progress...

wow, your schedule is full to the limit!
about the tea, I think it was Kerri or Andreas that said not to drink with any tea, and I know for sure we shouldn't have anti oxidant teas,
peppermint tea might be ok, I am not sure if it is considered an anti-oxidant herb like green tea and others.
the splash of grape juice sounds nice, thanks!

thank you for reminding about drinking more water!
I already have a stool that I use all the time, it is very good, in the old days the toilets weren't high...although I am not from that era.

Today, the issue, whatever the damn thing is, has now surfaced in my upper neck, my jaw, and my left thumb. It feels almost arthritic, in that it seriously inhibits joint mobility. I can only move my head about 30 degrees in either direction. My foot and knee are the same. I can also feel it inside my skull and brain. The thing is, all this started after beginning the Borax protocol for systemic candida. It doesn't feel like something malignant spreading so much as it feels like something that was deeply habituated coming to the surface, i.e., the candida is dying off. It's weird that it's located primarily on the left and primarily in the joints only. Anyway, I don't know if this situation is good news (candida on the way out) or very, very bad news.
I'm now at almost 100 drops of MMS1 per day, and for the first time this morning I took a full size 3 capsule of MMS2 and was able to keep it down.

KJ,
today I woke up with lots of pain in the upper back, shoulders and neck and very tired.
I went back to bed at 10:30 and slept until 12:30
I haven't done the Borax protocol, but when there is a lot of candida die off, most people feel pretty miserable.
I am so amazed that you are able to take 100 drops a day, incredible. I started throwing up at 24 drops, so I am not
going higher, and taking only 2 MMS2. But my problem is asthma and as long as I am breathing ok, I am happy.
Could it help to have a Epsom salt bath?

Are you doing the 7 day fridge method? That's really helped me to get the number of drops up there. It tastes completely hideous, despite adding stevia and peppermint tea, but I'm figuring if 20mls converts to 24 drops a day, then taking 60mls is equivalent to 72 drops, plus I take 30 more drops (10 per hour, non-fridge method) to bring the total up.
I haven't heard of anyone else doing the Borax protocol for candida, though candida is such a nasty thing it's gotta be hard to eliminate no matter what method you use. I've backed off the Borax for today (taken only half my usual daily dosage) to see if it gives me a little break on the pain... Right now, I don't trust my joints enough to be able to safely get into and out of a bathtub
I'm so glad that your breathing is better! As a fellow asthmatic, I know exactly how challenging it is and it's such a huge victory when someone can breathe again!

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys. This suggests the possibility that CDH / CLO2 is a potential LIFESAVING MRSA cure, VRE cure, CRE cure, AMR cure, Ebola cure, HIV cure, Cancer cure, etc., since it appears to be safe intravenously at 50ppm.

- Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS, so 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH
- MMS is 7 to 10% activated in 30 seconds while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops

Hi KJ,
I'm glad to know that the 7 day fridge method is helping you to get your drops per day up. Would you please do us all a favor, and post that info over in the "7 Day Fridge MMS" thread too. That way when someone is looking in that thread and considering trying that method out, they'll have your important input too.
Thanks,
Scott

Holy cow, what a time... My knee and foot are much better (knocking on wood), and I've increased my MMS2 to 3 times a day, size 3 capsules that are full. Also still doing between 80-100 drops per day, depending on tolerance. The Borax is some serious kick-@ss stuff! I feel like I have the flu today and my sinuses are draining like a faucet. I think I've gone through a whole box of kleenex. Severe fatigue and crankiness, and lots and lots of sneezing. The sneezing makes me think it actually is the flu, but good grief, with so much MMS in my system you'd think it wouldn't be able to get a foothold. ??? !!! The very good news is that I'm walking and getting around so much better than I was a week ago.
