Oh boy... After doing some reading on other threads, I've come up with this info on diet from Jim Humble (listed below). I know it's a long post, but it's well worth the read if you're as confused about diet while doing the MMS protocols as I have been recently. This info completely flies in the face of everything I have been taught about 'healthy diets'. When I tried the Zone diet, it made my kidneys hurt so bad -- and not in a good way -- that I stopped it immediately. Yet when I did an anti-candida diet based on the book LIFEFORCE by Jeff McCombs, which is basically a meat-based diet, I felt fabulous and became stronger than I have every been in my life. It didn't eradicate the candida, but it was fascinating to me that I got so strong, limber, and thin while doing it. So... having said all this, the main thing that comes through is, if you are sick (especially if you are seriously ill) STOP EATING CARBS.

I bet you thought I was going to tell you about MMS. Well, if you read this email you will learn quite a few new secrets about health that are not known to the American public and even if you are a health food nut, you may not know these secrets either.
A Heart Disease Parable
Twenty five years ago, I decided to move my mining equipment sales business to Las Vegas. Problem was I had heart disease. I could not work or do much of anything without terrific pains in my chest. I had already been using nitroglycerine tablets for six months. Not having any choices left, as I had already used up all my alternative medicine options, I went to a medical doctor. After a few X-rays and other tests, he wanted to set up a surgery right away. My arteries were clogged, he said, and I could pretty much believe that, as the pain was quite bad.
But
Surgery by a medical doctor was an option I was not going to take. I just wanted his opinion, nothing else.
I had almost given up, but in my desperation I remembered a chiropractor from ten years earlier who was said to have often healed heart disease. A friend in Los Angeles said that Harry Rickard was now in Las Vegas and he gave me a phone number. So I called Harry and he invited me over.
Is He a Nut?
At Harry Rickard’s house I told him about my heart problem, expecting him to suggest a series of chiropractic treatments. After a minute or two of talking, he came over and felt my neck and back and then sat back down. He said, “Your heart is not that bad. We should be able to get it fixed right away.” Well, I didn’t understand what he meant by “right away”, but when he said, “Are you ready for your treatment” he said it as if I wasn’t going to need any further treatment and I really did think he was a nut. But I was there for the course and I wasn’t going to back down now.
Harry took me into his bedroom and I lay down on the bed. He reached around my neck and barely touched the back of my neck. He said, “Now don’t worry, your heart may jump a little bit.” That didn’t scare me, but when my heart began to jump I thought it might come right out of my chest. That scared the hell out of me, but it stopped jumping in less than 30 seconds. Harry said, “When you leave here, go to the best restaurant you know and buy the biggest steak they have, with as much fat as you can get them to leave on it. Be sure to eat as much butter as you can get, but real butter not margarine.”
A New Friend and No More Pain
All my pain went away in the next 36 hours and that was the end of my heart problem. I met Harry and his wife for breakfast the next morning. We had breakfast together every morning for the next 15 years. It was always a pleasure to drive to one of the many restaurants in Las Vegas for breakfast with Harry and his wife. And I began to work with him as I found patients for him.
Harry is gone now. He has been gone for many years. And for that, of course, I am very sorry as I continue to miss him and his wife. But I want to tell you about Harry’s nutritional information. Harry healed thousands of people of heart disease and cancer and dozens of other diseases during his life. He showed thousands of people how to overcome overweight problems and live healthy lives. He was a man of tremendous compassion.
There are those walking among us who have fantastic capabilities and only a rare few ever know it.
A Good Nutrition Book to Read
I tell you this because I have come across a book that gives most of Harry’s nutrition secrets. It was recently written by Brian Scott Peskin, B.S.E.E. I am sorry to say that worldwide only 1,500 of these books were written as the first edition, and only 1,000 for the second edition. I am so glad one of my students brought me a copy, as obviously it is a very rare book. It shouldn’t be, but it is.
Harry and Brian were separated by 25 years in their nutritional recommendations but they mostly came up with the same data. Both Harry and Brian used exclusively scientific data for their recommendations, although Brian now has many more references to work with and from which to accumulate his information. Thousands of people benefitted from Harry’s nutritional data and now I believe millions will benefit from Brian’s, but it will be a while.
My Nutrition Bona Fides
For 60 years, I have worked with nutrition and alternative health programs and health food stores, and I have treated many thousands of people in the US, Mexico, Africa, Europe and other countries. I have probably seen more people healed of more diseases than any other man. So please trust me when I tell you that the health and nutritional data given below is the most correct and advanced such data accumulated in one place ever given. I am so sorry that I can reach only a tiny few because the entire world should have this information. But you can benefit from Brian’s information immediately to remain slim and healthy for the rest of your life. MMS may be required to get you started and to heal whatever diseases are present.
I don’t have space here to give details and references but that’s what Brian’s book does. I think most of you will see the advantages of these new nutrition rules.
If you don’t believe some of them, please write me and I will give you the exact reference where the tests proved what it says.
This diet is a healthy, cancer-fighting, sickness-fighting diet.
Warning
Your government works for the drug companies and the drug companies benefit tremendously if you stay sick all the time, paying money to doctors. That’s the way the medical system works. No system is evil in itself – only people make it evil. But all you have to do is start thinking for yourself, and if you do, you don’t have to stay sick or get sick.
Dietary Guidelines (Not Solid Rules)
Daily Diet
1. Eat few or no carbohydrates. Carbos are responsible for obesity and hundreds of diseases.
2. Eat mostly proteins, until you are full and not hungry.
3. Fats are what satisfy you – not proteins or carbos. So eat fats with protein. When you have had enough, your body will tell you by giving you a satisfied, full feeling.
4. Contrary to popular belief, eat plenty of salt. Unless you are just crazy, you can’t eat too much, and drinking water overcomes any excess salt.
5. Do not eat 5 or 6 meals a day. Eat only 3 meals a day and maybe a snack before bed, but eat only protein before bed, not carbos.
6. Don’t bother to chew your food much. Your teeth are for breaking the food up, but the stomach should digest it. If you chew a lot, the stomach doesn’t get a chance to do its job, and over the years, it will atrophy and ruin the digestion.
7. Do not eat Omega 6 and 3 from fish oil. Instead, use vegetable sources. Eat fish, but not fish oils and eat Omega 3 with Omega 6.
8. Do not eat soy-based foods of any kind and never, never feed them to your children. They destroy health.
Weight Control
1. Use protein to lose weight. Also always eat enough fat to satisfy your hunger.
2. Protein increases your metabolism 30%.
3. Remember that fat does not cause weight gain, but can prevent you from losing weight because your body will use the fat you eat for energy instead of stored fat. So for weight loss, eat less fat but don’t completely avoid it. And of course eat fewer carbos. You don’t need carbos, but it is wise to eat a certain amount of them.
4. The Nazis proved during WWII that a fat free diet will kill you, and thus they killed many prisoners with that exact diet, which enabled them to work the prisoners right up to their time of death.
5. Fat will not cause weight gain, but can keep you from losing weight. But you must have some fat or you die.
6. Exercise does not make you lose weight. It increases your appetite and can actually make you fatter.
7. A low-fat, high-carbo diet causes weight gain.
Preventing Disease
1. Salt does not cause high blood pressure. Years ago Berkeley University in San Francisco proved this fact and it’s been proven a dozen times since then.
2. Fiber does not prevent cancer and is of no benefit to the human diet. Thousands of tests have proven this.
3. Fruits and vegetables do not prevent cancer.
4. Exercise does not fight cancer.
5. There is truly no evidence that red meat promotes cancer or any other disease.
6. It has been proven that all persons over 100 who are healthy have eaten red meat for at least 40 years.
7. Carbos cause diabetes – not just sugar, but all carbos. It does not matter a twit if it is complex or simple carbos. Sorry, but if you eat only complex carbos it might be 25 minutes longer before you get diabetes.
These are facts taken from the book The 24-hour Diet by Brian Scott Peskin, B.S.E.E. Take my word for it and try these guidelines for two weeks. I have used this approach for 25 years and have seen more than a thousand people use it. The government and the medical people don’t want you to know about it.
How could you ever believe that the same people who make money from you if you are sick would give you information to make you well and keep you well free of charge?

Mis-information in the field of nutrition and staying well has been rampant for more than 80 years. Trust nothing from the government or from companies selling food. For example, there are no breakfast foods that are good for your heart. Fiber in your diet has not proven to be healthy – for a million years, people ate meat without adding sticks and sawdust. Testing has not proven that there is any value in adding fiber to your food – in fact, it soaks up much-needed nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.

I have looked for a while for The 24 Hour Diet and have not found it.
My guess is the consent decree Brian signed with Texas prohibits him from reprinting the book.
I purchased his first book Peak Performance Radiant Health used from Amazon, it has the science behind his recommendations.

Once I found the above resources finding the 24 Hour Diet book did not seems necessary as the information is contained in the above literature.

After some 5 million people trying MMS many who took all kind of drugs, none have ever said that there is a reaction between the drugs and MMS. I have always said that I don't believe MMS reacts badly with drugs. No one has ever said I was wrong. But I always recommend starting out with very small doses of MMS like a quarter of a drop hourly for a 5 or 6 hours to see if there is any bad reaction. If not it is safe to continue to 1/2 drop and hour and after a few hours to more and keep up that mode of operation as that is what protocol 2000 calls for.
I would wait a day or two before starting spraying and baths.
Proof is hard to get, but tests by a chemist outside the body proves nothing as the steroids have many other things to react with in the body as well. Just start out slow as suggested.
The many cancer cure success stories that MMS has helped almost never mention baking soda. I don't have any evidence against take it. It does not seem to affect the MMS, but nowhere in the world has there been any clinical trials showing that increasing the pH of the saliva and urine helps cure the cancer, and I have know those who died trying that theory.
I really apologize for disagreeing with people who are trying to be helpful and especially with Gidaygiday as she has many good ideas there, and I sure don't suggest that I am always right, but as the discoverer of MMS and the head on the Genesis 2 Church it is my duty to at least appraise people of our knowledge of technology as best we know it. So in light of that let me say that dead bodies are alkaline. There has been no proof that we must make our bodies alkaline.
Also in that light our advice to cancer patients is just the opposite of most modern therapists who suggest the one should eat vegetable and fruits and avoid protein mostly. The body make numerous healing and fighting substances from protein including all the natural antibodies that the human body makes are made from protein. There is no scientific evidence that vegetables fights cancer. There are numerous people dead who tried. Please eat plenty of protein like more than 1 pound of protein a day. Use digestive enzymes and HCl tablets to digest the protein only when needed. YOU NEED PROTEIN TO HANDLE THAT CANCER. MMS KILLS THE CANCER PLEOMORPHIC MICROORGANISM BUT THERE IS MUCH OTHER HEALING THAT NEEDS TO GO ON THAT ONLY PROTEIN CAN DO.
Sorry to disagree, but for many years back before 1985 my doctor friend with who I worked healed hundreds of cancer cases and he always insisted that they begin eating red meat immediately. I helped him for years and he had tremendous success. Hundreds of enzymes are generated by the human body because they are needed and evey one of them are made from protein.
Back in 1970 I developed a questionnaire of 200 questions concerning the health of the body. This questionnaire gave an extremely accurate indication of the health index of a human body. An example of some of the questions were: Do you eyes hurt when you go out into the Sun? and Do you get athletes feet? Do you have sores in your mouth? Do you sunburn easily? Do you occasionally have heart burn? Are you constantly catching colds? Do you sleep well at night? and on and on for 200 questions. All of these questions are indications of nutritional deficiencies including protein and fats.
The point I am making is that I and the people helping me gave this questionnaire to thousands of people. The vegetarians were the ones that always came out with the worst score. I made this into a computer program for chiropractors, dieticians, doctors, and other health care professionals and sold it for years. We always found that vegetarians and their children were in very poor shape as far as nutritional deficiencies and their children were continually sick.
Lately there are some cases where vegetarians do much better than back then, but still many are in pretty bad shape. But that is definitely not something a person sick with cancer should do. A cancer patient needs all the help he can get and protein is one of the biggest things on the list.
BUT, OF COURSE, THE MMS PROTOCOL 2000 IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND THE BATHS AND SPRAY, AND OTHER PROTOCOLS IN MY BOOK SUCH AS THE BAG AND PROTOCOL 3000. And remember alway, always when giving all the various protocols stay below the level where one is feeling more sick. When nausea shows up or diarrhea, reduce the amount of MMS, but do not stop unless the nausea is extreme and then only stop for a short while and then continue back, but taking less MMS.

After some 5 million people trying MMS many who took all kind of drugs, none have ever said that there is a reaction between the drugs and MMS. I have always said that I don't believe MMS reacts badly with drugs. No one has ever said I was wrong. But I always recommend starting out with very small doses of MMS like a quarter of a drop hourly for a 5 or 6 hours to see if there is any bad reaction. If not it is safe to continue to 1/2 drop and hour and after a few hours to more and keep up that mode of operation as that is what protocol 2000 calls for.
I would wait a day or two before starting spraying and baths.
Proof is hard to get, but tests by a chemist outside the body proves nothing as the steroids have many other things to react with in the body as well. Just start out slow as suggested.
The many cancer cure success stories that MMS has helped almost never mention baking soda. I don't have any evidence against take it. It does not seem to affect the MMS, but nowhere in the world has there been any clinical trials showing that increasing the pH of the saliva and urine helps cure the cancer, and I have know those who died trying that theory.
I really apologize for disagreeing with people who are trying to be helpful and especially with Gidaygiday as she has many good ideas there, and I sure don't suggest that I am always right, but as the discoverer of MMS and the head on the Genesis 2 Church it is my duty to at least appraise people of our knowledge of technology as best we know it. So in light of that let me say that dead bodies are alkaline. There has been no proof that we must make our bodies alkaline.
Also in that light our advice to cancer patients is just the opposite of most modern therapists who suggest the one should eat vegetable and fruits and avoid protein mostly. The body make numerous healing and fighting substances from protein including all the natural antibodies that the human body makes are made from protein. There is no scientific evidence that vegetables fights cancer. There are numerous people dead who tried. Please eat plenty of protein like more than 1 pound of protein a day. Use digestive enzymes and HCl tablets to digest the protein only when needed. YOU NEED PROTEIN TO HANDLE THAT CANCER. MMS KILLS THE CANCER PLEOMORPHIC MICROORGANISM BUT THERE IS MUCH OTHER HEALING THAT NEEDS TO GO ON THAT ONLY PROTEIN CAN DO.
Sorry to disagree, but for many years back before 1985 my doctor friend with who I worked healed hundreds of cancer cases and he always insisted that they begin eating red meat immediately. I helped him for years and he had tremendous success. Hundreds of enzymes are generated by the human body because they are needed and evey one of them are made from protein.
Back in 1970 I developed a questionnaire of 200 questions concerning the health of the body. This questionnaire gave an extremely accurate indication of the health index of a human body. An example of some of the questions were: Do you eyes hurt when you go out into the Sun? and Do you get athletes feet? Do you have sores in your mouth? Do you sunburn easily? Do you occasionally have heart burn? Are you constantly catching colds? Do you sleep well at night? and on and on for 200 questions. All of these questions are indications of nutritional deficiencies including protein and fats.
The point I am making is that I and the people helping me gave this questionnaire to thousands of people. The vegetarians were the ones that always came out with the worst score. I made this into a computer program for chiropractors, dieticians, doctors, and other health care professionals and sold it for years. We always found that vegetarians and their children were in very poor shape as far as nutritional deficiencies and their children were continually sick.
Lately there are some cases where vegetarians do much better than back then, but still many are in pretty bad shape. But that is definitely not something a person sick with cancer should do. A cancer patient needs all the help he can get and protein is one of the biggest things on the list.
BUT, OF COURSE, THE MMS PROTOCOL 2000 IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND THE BATHS AND SPRAY, AND OTHER PROTOCOLS IN MY BOOK SUCH AS THE BAG AND PROTOCOL 3000. And remember alway, always when giving all the various protocols stay below the level where one is feeling more sick. When nausea shows up or diarrhea, reduce the amount of MMS, but do not stop unless the nausea is extreme and then only stop for a short while and then continue back, but taking less MMS.

He has unconventional advice but he's been around a long time and if the conventional approaches aren't working, then his advice is certainly worth trying.

Thank you for the kind words. I have tried so many diets at this point, what's one more experiment?
This morning I ate scrambled eggs and bacon and sausage. I dont think I've ever eaten a breakfast like this in my life, but then I've been sick more years than not so maybe there's a clue in that. I am paying close attention to how I feel and how my condition goes. At the moment I can say with complete conviction that the nano-second I went off glutenous grains (which I had started eating to combat the nausea), the swelling started going down and the pain started subsiding in both my foot and knee. Today, after only about 36 hours off the gluten, I have more mobility and when I first got up this morning my foot was sore, but didn't feel like I was walking on a broken bone. Yay for small steps forward -- literally! And with some new methods to mitigate the nausea (CDS and 7 day fridge), I feel good about staying away from the gluten from here on out.
I'll keep you all posted on my diet experiment as I go.

It's sure hard to eat mostly meat. Wowza. Especially for someone who was eating mostly veggies. I noticed right away that the swelling and pain were almost completely gone over the weekend. In fact, Saturday evening I was walking around normally -- no pain at all! Now my fridge is stocked with chicken and turkey. I cannot yet bring myself to eat red meat, but I may try it at some point. This is a challenge: no dairy, no potatoes or starches, no glutenous grains, no fruit (except apples when nausea hits). That leaves: meat, non-starch root veggies, gluten-free grains, and water. Oh, and good oils. No dairy or fruit for me, as it feeds systemic candida. Onward ho...

Afternoon KJ good to hear from you again:) I am so glad to hear that you are doing alot better with the foot and knee issue. I have yet to see some breakthru in reference to my lungs but Im sure It will hit me soon. WIth me it will take some time because I CHOSE to do it this way as to not get sick in any way. As for the swelling in my feet it has been gone since I took CDS so that IS a good sign
yes i love to eat and meat is one of my favorites so this diet i can do as long as i dont LOSE weight lol

Hi Megg, and good to hear from you. How long have you been doing the MMS protocols? I think I remember you saying that even though you still had asthma/breathing attacks, they weren't as bad or potentially life threatening as they were before you started the MMS. Is that still true do you think? If so, then you have definitely made significant improvement. I know you're talking about a big breakthrough, but at least you know there's movement in the right direction and that's wonderful. I'm really pulling for you, and can't wait for the day when you announce that you're breathing well enough to go outside for a walk, and that you've thrown away all your meds

KJ i started back on july 20th with MMS and had some nausea and wasn't on it very long before Pam helped me with how to make CDS. I have severe COPD..heart problems...thyroid problems ...psoriasis..and a few other minor things. My goal is to be able to breath somewhat again. that is my main issue right now.I was at the drs shortly before that and he told me I was done. That there was nothing more he could do for me. I am at last stages of COPD. I am able to get up and walk a few feet with assistance from oxygen. I guess you can say it has improved some because I have not had gasping for air episodes since i took this stuff. well i think i had one but was a mild one.Well i heard and read so much about the MMS2 really helping with the lungs so I should be getting that package today or tomorrow. I bought the granuales and capsules (0) of Calcium Hypochlorite. i am so excited about this. thanks for the support and wish me luck. I wont take it right away until i read a little more on it but so far what ive read and what Pam tells me to take I should be good to go

I remember what it was like when my asthma was so bad I couldn't walk or move around. It's a hard place to be for sure, and not even close to what you're dealing with. My prayers are with you that this MMS2 really pulls the plug on this illness for you.
Last night I had an asthma attack for the first time in a long time and I iced my spine for a while to help it. I totally forgot about this technique, but am going to post it on its own thread as it really is a life-saving technique. You may want to check it out -- it may be able to help your breathing until the MMS protocols really kick in and get the job done

I can move around some but not like I would ike t.My lungs are destroyed from yrs of smoking. I have empahsema also so that doesnt help any. the breathing problems is not so much asthsma its like it but they treat it like it is with inhalers and such. When I get short of breath, i get overwhelmed and then that scares me then I go into a panic attack then have a full blown episode to where I feel i cant get another breath. Knock wood i have not had one of those episodes since June. So I think its one in the same. so I can relate. I just wish i knew about this yrs ago. I was wondering something speaking of smoking. Has anyone used this ti qit smoking and is there a certain protocol for it? I sure would like my niece to quit...
