so much good information here! Such a simple but effective idea...will try this today!Truthquester wrote:
Another thing. I set a timer to help remind me to drink enough fluids. When I really want to make sure I drink enough, I set it to remind me in an hour. Every time it goes off, I get up and drink and then set it to go off in another hour. Works great.

I can vouch for Scott's 7 Day Fridge MMS.... my girlfriend and I were up to as many as 8 drops an hour at times (for a 10 hours) .... and we experienced NO nausea for 2 weeks straight.
Haven't tried the stevia though.... and will do that next time !
Thanks again Scott,
Clint

I still do not have an official diagnosis. An MRI will cost roughly $1000 and I just don't have it right now. I know there is another test listed on this site, but that requires the results being evaluated by a dr., another expense that would be difficult for me at the moment. I would like to have the MRI as soon as I can swing it. In the mean-time I am doing my best to do the cancer protocols. I am not eating sugar at all. I had some agave recently but after my setback yesterday, I'm going to stay away from that too, just in case. I dont mind using a little stevia to sweeten the flavor of the MMS. I also took a bath yesterday with 20 activated drops of MMS1 in the water. Will definitely try the MMS2 as Scott recommends.
Has anyone tried taking a bath with both MMS1 and MMS2? Or would my tub explode?
JBNet, my body scanner is basically a GSR device. You put your hand in a "glove" that has little electrodes in it that can read your meridian/energetic system. It then gives you feedback in various categories about what's going on with you. You can then use the device to make yourself homeopathic remedies specifically for your situation. I love it. I have been using it to make myself remedies to support and open my lymphatic system to aid in the detox process. It's been very helpful. My device is called a SpectraVision. I believe the company is still running and offering classes and webinars. You could probably google it and see

I felt great and seemed to make more progress faster eating an alkaline diet. I guess I need to trust that, but then along came the info about not eating anti-oxidants while doing these protocols and now I'm totally confused. Pam recommended I choose between the two protocols (pH alkalizing and MMS) instead of trying to blend them.
Any ideas or recommendations about this would be SO welcome.
Thanks again Scott, Clint, and all who have given me such great advice!

I had posted this to you on another subject, and will re-post it here...
It might help while you are doing your MMS to be taking Calcium Bentonite Clay (CBC) powder .... taking 1 heaping rounded teaspoon at night, right before you go to bed. It will help with the diareaah, and absorb toxins from your system that the MMS is creating, as well as help you in so many other ways. I took mine about 5 hours away from the MMS and away from food, so it could act on its own.
As far as diet... when I did my MMS cleanse a few weeks ago, we mainly ate quinoa (in soups and as a pilaf).... fish... soba noodles..... and root vegetable stews. ALL stuff we made at home....nothing store bought (so we knew what was in it)
Give the clay some thought.... as it has a Ph of 9.7.... and can really balance out your system at the end of the day.

When I was first doing the MMS, I was taking roasted brown rice with veggies to try and mitigate the nausea, but after a week or so of gluten free stuff (quinoi included), I began getting nauseous just looking at or thinking about the rice. Good grief -- lol.
Maybe I just need to go gluten free and back off on my drops until my system clears out more...

And Roasted brown rice tastes great, but,... is extremely hard to digest (speaking as a Macrobiotic/vegetarian chef)... I used to cook that for people... one can't chew that well enough to be digestible, let alone cook it right.
KJ... if you get a chance.... please watch this video... it talks about GMO foods, and how and why people's systems are breaking down, and getting mis-diagnosed.... a must see if one is healing:

I was taking the roasted brown rice because it's been one of the few grains I tested ok for recently. Having said that, I still cant look at it without turning...

I have always felt that THE thing to keep in mind when eating on an MMS program like this, is to make meals that are very easy to digest (i.e. no red meat, eggs, fatty or oily foods, etc....) and that won't sludge us up, Because if we DO eat foods that are heavy, and hard to digest... then we are robbing energy from healing to go help our food digest.
We should eat til 80% capacity, chew our food well, never eat 4-5 hours before bedtime, and never have liquid with meals (which dilutes digestion)..... all these little things like this will help with the MMS program regarding healing, having energy and even being able to work during the MMS program.
