I hope this is interesting to the people here
I thought it would be good to tell my story

I forgot to mention two other ailment that I suffered with for years

Numbness in the toes, for example sometimes when I go to exercise class everybody is barefooted except me because the floor is a little cold and my toes get numb

Another problem is a constant wheezing when I take a deep breathe


Amazing This morning I noticed a little less wheezing

second week


Today went on my usual 5 mile walk and came home and noticed my knees did not hurt as much as before . I was able to go down the steps without having to put one foot on one step and then the other on the same step.

I did have a little too much confidence and ate some food without the usual drinking and the food got stuck and had to throw up .But this time it was not so sever as the previous times

In general the swallowing is better

yes, I am a little embarrassed someone might recognize me since I never told anybody about my ailments

also notice I can read better without my usual eyestrain and inability to focus for more then a short time and have been eating more and more without drinking for which I suffered for many years

energy levels have been good lately as I am usually fatigued

no toe pain , but I don't always have

still have wheezing with deep breathes

Knees seem to be better

day 11

a little cracking in neck when i did neck rolls
ate almost without drinking

eyes are fine
still a little wheeze with deep breath
energy is good
knees hurt a little on steps

\day 12

just came back from jogging 2 miles (2 min walking and 1:20 sec jogging)

my knees did hurt a little right from the beginning but did feel a bust of energy in the middle which I don't think I ever had. I will see how i take on going up and down steps .
Ate again without having to drink which is unusual for me

ate and had to drink only a little
think my knees are not as bad as they were after a run



had lots of energy today but stupid me ate two slices of pizza and it weight me down and felt sluggish but kind of rebounded after that

DAY 14
ok
WENT TO PARK TODAY TO JOG/WALK AND NOTICED MY KNEES WERE A LITTLE BETTER .EVEN DURING THE DAY MY KNEES WERE OK WHICH i THINK IS UNUSUAL FOR ME

ATE WITH ALMOST NO PROBLEMS

ENERGY LEVEL SEEM GOOD WHICH IS GOOD FOR ME

NECK DID CRACKLE A LITTLE DURING THE NECK ROLLS

EYES ARE GOOD NO PAIN OR PRESSURE
