Hi II just want to tell people my story

Started taking mms three days ago protocol 1000

My health issues
1) Sometimes when I eat I am unable to swallow and can most of the time get it down with water but sometimes have to throw it up (occasionally )(this started about five years ago or more )

2) Gout attack (once a month) and pain in the joints (often)(this started about two years ago)

3) Unable to sleep though the whole night without going to the bathroom several times (often)( this has been going on for decades )

4) General weakness (often)(decades)

5) Pain in the eyes (sometimes ) (decades)

6) As you can see I my body is breaking down at 55 years of age


I plan to let you guys know what happens

some progress

I do exercise with people and when i did my neck rolls i didn't hear the crackling that I normally hear also no pain in my eyes but I don't always have pain there

ok time to tack another drink

Funny a pain in my right big toe which i have not noticed to have for a few weeks

Probably not, depending on what you're eating. If you eat midway between doses, that will minimise any neutralising effects of the ingredients in your meal.

felt pretty good today
no neck pain no eye pain
good energy level

jog around 2 miles with 1min 20 sec jogging and 2 min walking

and joints feel ok so far

eating was ok still needed to drink a little to help swallow

I DON'T KNOW SO MUCH BUT i HAVEN'T HAD ANY SIDE EFFECTS
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS NORMAL????
