Macaddict, I definitely need to get more water in me. Before starting this protocol I was doing 1 liter per every 30 lbs of body weight (per the alkaline diet protocols I was following). Since I have started the MMS, I have really struggled to get enough water, especially during the hours I am doing the MMS. I'm not even shooting for the same amount I was doing before, just 8 big ol' glasses per day would be good. Before and after my protocol time, I do better with both food and water intake. During the day it's really hard right now.

KJ,

It's a common mistake that we all make that creeps up on us .... something that we constantly have to be aware of ... "have I drank 8oz of water this last hour" !?!?

I know -- it's so hard to remember right now!

Today I'm filling a pitcher of clear water and leaving it out where I can see it to remind myself to keep drinking it. I hope this helps with the nausea -- I imagine it will as toxins get flushed out.

I am drinking more water today -- feels good and necessary! It helps to have the pitcher out on the counter where I can see it in a central location to remind me to drink.

I have resumed the footbaths -- I just saw on another thread that I can (and maybe should) do it longer than 10 minutes and more than once a day for my condition. The swelling is pretty bad in my foot and also in my knee today, and it's really hurting. I was able to start the DMSO/MMS skin thing and rub it right in over the swollen areas of my leg. I have 99% DMSO instead of 70%, so instead of using a Tablespoon I only used a teaspoon. It itched a little bit so I just rubbed it for a while until it calmed down -- but YAY, no burning!

Also, I was able to move up to 4 drops an hour today (instead of 3). No nausea! I think I'll stay at 4 for a few days to make sure I can manage that before pushing up to 5. If I can do that and still do the DMSO skin rub thing and some footbaths, that'll be an exponential jump in quantity of MMS into my system. Keeping my fingers crossed :cheer:

Doing well at 4 drops per hour, 15-17 hrs per day, plus using the DMSO/MMS combo on my skin once a day. If I'm still free of any nausea or detox symptoms tomorrow, I'll start the MMS2. My foot and knee are still very stiff, swollen, and sore, but not as bad as yesterday. I must have just been detoxing from increasing the drops.

I started the MMS2 over the weekend and what a difference it is making already. I am only taking a few grains once each morning -- that's all I can tolerate so far -- but already the swelling in my foot and knee is much less. It is still quite painful, but the whole thing is starting to feel... contained. Yes, that's the right word. Like it was spreading and diffuse-all-over-the-place before, but now there is a definite boundary appearing around it and that boundary is shrinking. I am also trying to go up past 4 drops per hour, but taking it slowly. Today I am trying 4.5 drops per hour.

HI KJ its good to hear from people on a regular basis to see how they are coming along:) some just post and never hear from them. Alot I think just give up. I was reading about the nauseau that you get. I read in Jim Humbles book that eating an apple at the first sign of feeling sick to the stomach helps alot!. I keep an apple by me all the time. Good luck :)

Hi Megg! Thank you! Leaving messages here every few days or so makes a trail others can look at and see how long it took and what the benefits were along the way. I hope it can be helpful. And I remember seeing that somewhere on the forum about apples -- it really does help so much doesn't it! I've also been indulging a bit lately in starches when nausea hits. A biscuit or a cracker or something like that. But apples are definitely the best.

I did ok with 45 drops yesterday, so I'm going to try staying with that for another few days and then go up again if I can. I still want to try the CDS too, but I don't have a shot glass in the house -- need to go buy one :)
