Hi Megg,

You found a quote from me re the CDS! I would have to temper the statement about CDS today. It is stronger than MMS1 for my lung congestion and it has been stronger for some people with some conditions, but there are other cases where MMS1 is stronger. So it is highly individual and what works better for one person may not work better for another, and vice versa. Hey Megg! How are you?

Thanks for the great links! Just this morning I finally got myself some glass shot glasses so I can start experimenting with CDS. Yay! And that newsletter was great -- read through the whole thing. No, I dont get them yet -- Obviously I'm not signed up, but would like to be. I'm sure there's a link somewhere on one of the JH sites.

Slept well last night, and today I can still see the tendon in my little toe stick out if I flex the foot (happy Snoopy dance!). I'm still at 5 drops per hour of MMS1 and only 1 capsule a day of MMS2 (with only a little bit inside). I'd like to try working the MMS2 up a bit more during the day, and may try to take another cap when I'm through soaking my foot. Overall the pain is lessened though there is still a good deal of stiffness.

PS. Had a huge "AHA!" insight last night about what the whole energetic/emotional/psychological underpinnings of this illness may be about. I'm so grateful for that!

kj ..pam will have me taking 1 granual to put in a 0 capsules or smaller 1,2. oe 3. then have me take it 4 x 's a day if possible. im so excited. i sure hope i dont get ill from it lol. im so happy for you with the feet not sweling. like me is so nice to wake up with no swollen feet :) here is the link to sigh up for the newsletter miraclemineral.org/newsletter/

And wow -- 4x a day in starting the MMS2! I haven't tried taking it that many times a day, but maybe I should. Each cap is only a tiny amount, so it's probably fine. I'm excited for you Megg! Cant wait to hear how it goes for you -- keep me/us posted ok?

I'm using a size '3' capsule that I fill about 1/4 full. This morning I tried filling it almost to half the capsule and was only very slightly nauseated for about a half hour, then it subsided. I'm going to try taking 4 capsules a day today and see how it goes.

Today my foot and knee are So Painful. The knee in particular is very, very swollen today. Heavy sigh. The thing is, I dont know why. I've been steadily increasing my dosages of everything. Maybe some kind of die-off reaction? Another heavy sigh. It's a hard day today, and painful. Onward though, and hopefully the increase in MMS2 will help. I also may try adding the borax. I also want to try and do an enema today and see if that helps.

KJ,

It might be that you are trying to do TOO much in a short period of time, and your body is trying to speak to you.

For your knee, maybe try putting 70% DMSO directly on the puffed up area, and see if the swelling and apin goes down. It's helped me in the past.

Hi Clint, thanks for your response. It's hard to imagine that I need to slow down when there's this much going on. You could very well be right. OTOH, the cancer could be spreading faster than the level of MMS I'm taking. I don't know which right now and that's a scary place to be. I dont have any nausea or diarrhea -- no signs of herx reaction, just a sudden magnification of the existing condition...
