Thank you does this mean I do not have to register the church in TZ just get a good lawyer to protect my back and start curing the sick free of charge depending on donations, just have my articles of association and members etc??

Secondly please advice me honestly is Jim Humbles seminar really worth it, as I feel all info he teaches should be freely available over the internet as a self learning course free of charge.

Of course food and accommodation has to be paid for where ever you are.

Do not believe churches should be charging its followers and members for knowledge to cure the sick and poor.

I want to go and attend his seminar in May but I am on a shoe string budget and I am trying to work out, a flight ticket from Tanzania to Santo Domingo is $2400, his seminar another $1500, visas, road transfers, out of pocket expenses and 3 weeks of my time traveling from East Africa across Europe to America and down to the Carribibean, leaving my 2 children alone who I am still putting through school, that's easily running towards $5000.- USD worth of cash which I do not have and time to learn something I reckon should be provided free with some online research on the internet I could probably get it together.

With $5000.- USD worth of MMS1 and MMS2 down here in Tanzania that I could give out free of charge and simply ask for donations to replace it, whats of better benefit, a 3 weeks course or curing thousands of people, whats everyone's honest opinion whether you have attended to course/seminar or not, whats the correct path to follow, yes its relative I am told, know what I am thinking just like to hear other people opinion.

I am sure many have attended Jim's seminar and also have a few people who have done the seminar and are interested in coming to Africa,(Karibu Sana- You are all welcome) and I feel that they can pass on all taught to me, I can even offer free accommodation and possibly food for their stay, if I am going to be trained as a Bishop for a subdivision of Genesis 2 Church, I do not see why the Genesis 2 Church cannot offer the training free.

Also feel a bit let down by Jim, two years ago we communicated and he stopped replying, I can understand people cannot always be online and now 2 years later I try and make contact and have not heard anything personally back from him more then Michael and Bruce and a few others giving me info, wheres the main man not even a single line from him as encouragement, I think a bit more personal public relation ships would not do the church any harm, leaders should be out there meeting members and future foot soldiers going point for the church, I am not doing this for any benefit is it not better I put my kids affairs at home first and establish what I can with out such a long costly journey???

Thanks .

Woke up this morning and the image of a Jesus brought in front of some King to judge him really touched me as usual, just looks very humble with his hands infront of him standing with the King trying to judge him sitting down infront of him, I believe the story goes the King sent him back to the Romans or where ever as he could or did not judge him, my bible knowledge is very limited, could not remember which King he was I thought let me just gab a copy of a small Bible sitting around the kitchen and see if I can work out the exact story about the picture that has been hanging in the house from my mothers days for years now, did not get to find what I was originally looking for, but the page I landed on was Psalm 118 in the New International Version of the Holy Bible starting here:

It is better to take refuge in the LORD
than to trust in humans.

It is better to take refuge in the LORD
than to trust in princes.

All the nations surrounded me,
but in the name of the LORD I cut them down.

They surrounded me on every side,
but in the name of the LORD I cut them down.

They swarmed around me like bees,
but they were consumed as quickly as burning thorns;
in the name of the LORD I cut them down.

I was pushed back and about to fall,
but the LORD helped me.

The LORD is my strength and my defense[a];
he has become my salvation.

To me this puts in a nutshell what I have to do.....

Just a comment;

Anyone who came to learning the course of MMS should think that they are not paying a fee for the courses instead they are helping Genesis II Church to expand the awareness of healing available for diseases.

if anyone seriously want to learn but lack of fund can opt for Home DVD courses like i do and still doing great with it or show to people in your area of what u got and look for donation support. not everyone could learn it even they know, but would be happy to donate to those who wish and able to learn it to help them in the future.

Jim's awesome new book has a whole chapter about starting churches. Thank you Jim! Here is an excerpt.

Page 236 The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium

About Creating Churches
Certain steps must be followed in creating churches:
1) At least 6 people must come together and draw up a set of agreements normally called Articles of Association.
2) These agreements are written down and at least 6 people sign them. They usually sign a set of Articles of Faith, and other articles of commitment.
3) The Bishop forming the Church also signs the documents.
4) These Articles are then posted where they may be seen by those interested, such as government officials and other public and private individuals. The Articles of Association for Genesis 2 Church of Health and Healing (that's us) are posted on the internet at www.genesis2church.is. They were posted a couple of months before the FDA trouble started, so they cannot accuse us of forming a church to get around preexisting problems.
You may ask, "But when are you going to register your church or your Articles of Association?" And that's exactly what the IRS will ask us. If we do not register it, the IRS will drop by and explain that we must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. They will probably even offer to help us, and explain that we will not be tax-exempt until we sign the 501 papers.
• But that is not true, and signing 501 papers would be our biggest mistake in becoming a church. It would indicate agreement to all the 501(c)(3) rules of the government, thousands of rules.
If we don't sign, then they will explain that we must at least become a nonprofit corporation, as that is the minimum IRS requirement for us to be tax-exempt. They may even bring papers with them to make it easy for us. If that doesn't work, a government agent will come by and tell us with complete certainty that we must at least register our church with one of the Church registers set up by the government so that they will know to recognize that we are a church and not bother us.
So you see, we are a church that does not make contracts with governments. When one of our ministers decides to start a Chapter of our Church, all he need do is advertise in the local paper that the Genesis 2 Church now has a local chapter and has come to heal people free of charge. Like any other church, our Church depends on donations. We heal for free and expect the church member to donate only when he or she has become well or is at least feeling much better and the suffering is gone.

Jim mentions posting your Articles in the newspaper which is good adice. Another good idea is to "record" them in a land records office, such as the County Recorder's offices in the USA, that will record legal documents in addition to deeds and titles. This is NOT seeking any approval for the Articles, it is simply recording them in your jurisdiction in a way that is verifiable and serves as legal notice. It appears this is what Jim did with the Genesis II Articles of Association.

I thank the Most High God for answering my prayer and giving us guidance in this area.

Tanzania: Untold Story of Loliondo Mystery 18 Mar 2011 03:28 #1598

Loliondo — The retired pastor who claims to heal chronic health conditions - including Aids, which has no known cure - now plans to invite the world to his clinic in a remote village in Loliondo, Ngorongoro District.

allafrica.com/stories/201103130007.html

Tens of thousands of people seeking the "miracle cure" have thronged Mr Ambukile Mwasapile's clinic in Samunge Village in recent weeks, creating a sanitation, environmental and logistical nightmare, which has had authorities both at the regional and national levels scratching their heads for a solution.
As the government backtracked on plans to suspend the clinic on Friday, Mr Mwasapile, 76, told 'The Citizen' in an exclusive interview that he was planning to establish a "grand prayer house" and home for the sick, which would receive people from all over the world.

"More people from all over the world will come to witness this miracle...God has shown me where and how to establish a worship area and shelter to accommodate and heal the sick," the soft-spoken former Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania clergyman said.He spoke to 'The Citizen' outside his mud-walled clinic, where he dispenses cupfuls of the 'mugariga' herbal concoction for Sh500 a dose from 6am to late evening daily.

People from all walks of life have been flocking to Mr Mwasapile's clinic despite the efficacy of his "medicine" having not yet been scientifically proven and mounting concerns about problems created by huge numbers of people descending on the once-sleepy village.

The village is now struggling to cope with health and environmental hazards caused by tens of thousands of visitors waiting to see Mr Mwasapile, and thousands more arriving every day (see separate story on Page 3). The healer's revelation that he plans to advertise his "cure" outside Tanzania is likely to set alarm bells ringing for the government, which has been making conflicting statements on Mr Mwasapile's remedy and the mad rush to get it.

Mr Mwasapile did not provide details on the planned healing centre, but said his intention was to draw in more people "from Asia, Europe, India, the Arab world and elsewhere".One of Mr Mwasapile's aides, Mr Daniel Mbario, showed 'The Citizen' a piece of land on which he said the prayer and healing centre would be built. The land is located at the foot of hills from where herbs used to prepare the 'mugariga' concoction are said to be obtained. The area is a short walk from Mr Mwasapile's homestead.

Mr Mwasapile declined to say how he would finance the grand project, but sources close to him said funding would come from money that patients had been paying for the "magical medicine".The healer had reportedly not used a single cent of money thought to total millions of shillings when 'The Citizen' visited his clinic.

Only three people are allowed to collect the money, one of who told 'The Citizen': "The money is not being used for any work. Not even the man of God (Mr Mwasapile) has spent even a single cent of the money collected so far."

He added that they were waiting for directions from the former pastor on how the money should be spent. It could not be immediately established how much the clinic had generated since people started flocking to it in January.

However, conservative estimates put daily earnings at anywhere between Sh5 million and Sh20 million.Mr Mwasapile is arguably the most talked about person in Tanzania at the moment. He, however, remains modest and down-to-earth despite his newfound fame and fortune.

"This is a man who frequently volunteers to work as a mason. He has fully participated in the construction of two churches," Mr Mbario said.He added that Mr Mwasapile had "enemies" who were going out of their way to frustrate him. "Police and HIV/Aids activists have come here and attempted to interfere in the clinic's activities, but they failed miserably," he said.
Thousands of visitors, including from neighbouring Kenya, Uganda, Burundi and Congo, who have come to witness the "miracle", are not sure of what to make of the mysterious story developing in the village."I grew up and was baptized under his tutelage, but cannot fathom what is happening. It is nothing short of a miracle, and God has chose to manifest his wonders through him," said Mr Nyundo Senaya, 32.

Mr Senaya said he believed 'mugariga' cured HIV/Aids following a full recovery made by a woman friend after he convinced her to take the concoction.

He added that the woman tested negative for HIV at Selian Hospital in Arusha, where she had previously been receiving antiretroviral therapy. 'The Citizen' could not independently confirm the claim.Angered by suggestions, including from outspoken Bishop Zakaria Kakobe of the Full Gospel Fellowship Church, that Mr Mwasapile was taking the public for a ride, many villagers defended the healer."I was suffering from serious ulcers, but I have since been healed. I don't understand why people are attacking him. I will be the first to stand bear witness to the miracle he is performing," declared Mr Toima Makaseni.

Among those who queued for hours for a dose of Mr Mwasapile's "medicine" was Moshi Urban MP Philemon Ndesamburo, who was accompanied by several relatives."Tell me, where you have seen such a phenomenon? Many people can confirm that they have been cured. They are a living testimony to the fact that this thing works," the Chadema lawmaker said.

Kenyans Jackton Mbuthia and Charles Kamunge said they drove all the way from Kajiado and would not have spent four days in the village waiting for their turn to get their doses of 'mugariga' if they were not sure it would cure them."We were encouraged to come by patients in Namanga, who came here before us," said Mr Kamunge, who has diabetes.

Seventy-year-old Zacharia Axwesso, a retired Lutheran pastor from Mbulu District, said no among of political interference could derail Mr Mwasapile."It is basically about faith, and no amount of propaganda can stop this," he said, pointing to a relative who had a cancerous sore in the mouth, which, he claimed, had begun to heal after he took 'mugariga'.

Actually the live reports I get on my phone from friends up there and in the surrounding region, Mtu wa Mbu and Arusha Town itself and from the ones coming back is a complete picture of hilarious comical theatricals going on up in Loliondo, wish I had a chance to go up there and witness this all myself.............. Get some video footage and testimonials as it happens stretch from wheel chairs and stretches to running the marathon stories.....

On Tanzania TV, Ze Comedy Show as one popular TV comedy group is called has people in fits every week imitating the happenings in Loliondo.......

Perhaps we should start a Live Miracle Channel......

Hi Bruce,

In reference to your post about the position of Jim and the Ministers on not registering with the state, just wanted to say thank you very much for taking our case before them. Now that I have read Jim's chapter on formation of the church in his new book, I agree completely that registering is just a trick to get churches to sign away the soverignty they automatically have under the Common Law. Registering represents entering into an agreement with the state and a waiver of our soverignty, and a big mistake.

In addition, the governments have already proven they are our enemy and not our friends. If the governments were any good they would be promoting MMS instead of suppressing it. The governments are just another tool in the hands of big pharma trying to kill us with their diseases and medicines. So it makes no sense to enter into any agreements with the enemy giving up our rights.

Anyway your post came shortly after I had prayed to the Most High for guidance and I think it was an answer to prayer. It was good to hear Jim and the Ministers are in agreement on this also. And Jim's book does clear up some questions I had about how to proceed. Thanks again for the help.

I am posting here all the important parts of the chapter in Jim's new book The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium pertaining to starting churches. This is excellent information. I think Jim's analysis of the struggle between religion and the state is right on, and especially what we can learn from that struggle in using the law to protect ourselves. The governments have been tricking the churches into giving up the sovereignty they automatically have. Yet the US Constitution clearly states Congress can make no laws respecting religion, and this is the Common Law everywhere that the Common Law applies, therefore, no registration or official incorporation is required.

===========================================================================

Starting page 233 The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium

In 1776, when the greatest nation on earth got its start, so did the Illuminati. The Illuminati’s stated goal, which was never really hidden, was and is to control all governments on Earth and to own all private property on Earth. To that end, they have continuously employed religions in one way or another. However, they were not the first to use religions. Since hundreds of centuries before the birth of Christ, evil men have worked their way into religions and used them for their own goals, to a greater extent sometimes and lesser extent other times. History doesn’t always tell the story, but you can usually see the results.
For thousands of years, those in control of the religions saw to it that the laws, rituals, beliefs and even feelings of mankind were established universally so that religion could not be destroyed and could not be controlled by the governments. This has been established more deeply and more thoroughly than most people realize. Governments saw this, and seeing that they could not destroy these established rules, they instituted their own methods of controlling religions. These methods depend on fooling the religions into giving up their established powers and that is still true today. However, the Catholic Church, that is as powerful as any government on Earth, has not given up its powers.
One of the firmly established rules of mankind is the separation of church and state. In one way or another, it is recognized by most courts of the world. The legal philosophy behind this concept is that of equal powers of Church and State. It is based on the concept that God is more powerful than the government.
So for thousands of years, men with the same evil concepts as the Illuminati – basically, the desire to make us all slaves – have used religions against us and against governments. But as all aggressors at some point discover, the enemy eventually figures out your secret weapons, makes the weapons, and then uses them against you. For thousands of years, evil men have used religions and no one figured out what they were doing. But many people in this modern age of information have figured it out, and now know that their secret goal through the ages has been to control men by using religion.
So when I suggested that we create a Church, but a non-religious non-denominational Church, there were many thousands of people who agreed with me. The idea was to use their weapon, religion, against them. They have set it so that we have power if we work it right. They have developed it over the centuries and now it only takes knowledge and a little doing to gain this power. There were a few who disagreed, but amazingly enough, most of those who disagreed have changed their minds, even without me arguing the point.
In studying the legality of it all, I found that we can create a church with the same church powers that the evil men took control of in the past. I found that that although most churches give up their powers when they are formed or shortly after they are formed, it is not necessary to give them up. It’s only because governmental agencies fool the churches into signing away their powers that they lose their rights.
• For example, the IRS comes to a newly formed church and tells them that if they will sign a contract to be a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, the IRS will recognize them and they won’t have to pay taxes. But they didn’t have to pay taxes anyway, and once they sign that contract, they can’t say anything political from the pulpit. They can’t even suggest that children are owned by their parents rather than by the government, or a thousand other things.

....
....
I began to read about churches and sovereignty and what it takes to avoid a government and also what can be done to stand up against a government. Actually law is a weapon that governments have used against the people for thousands of years and religion has been used for even longer than law. But both law and religion can also be used FOR the people if one has the right knowledge.
Years earlier, I had discovered a small church that has come down through time to the present day from the days of Antioch when Jesus said, among other things, “Go ye into all the world and heal the sick.” I was already a Minister and I speeded up the process through Deacon and Priest, and because of my studies and my work around the world I was consecrated into the lineage of Bishops that leads all the way back to Jesus Christ.
Therefore, if you didn’t know, I am a Bishop and have the legal right to create a Church. Well, I guess anyone can create a Church, but when you are in the lineage of Bishops, your authority for creating churches is considered to come directly from Jesus Christ. It would be very hard for any authority, religious or governmental, to disallow my authority to create a church.
That’s what I wanted. When the time comes that they try to disallow the Genesis 2 Church of Health and Healing, they won’t be able to get beyond our proof that we are authentic. Our papers and proof are just as authentic as the Catholic Church’s papers. We may not have the backing that the Catholic Church has, but it would be unwise of the Catholics, or any other church, to not back us, as that would tend to invalidate them as well.

If that doesn't work, a government agent will come by and tell us with complete certainty that we must at least register our church with one of the Church registers set up by the government so that they will know to recognize that we are a church and not bother us.

....
....
Special Covenants of the Genesis II Church
of Health and Healing

....
4. Concerning Agreements With Governments
We believe that God does not want any of his churches to sign agreements with governments or governmental agencies or other agencies that act as governmental agencies, or with corporations that have agreements with governments or their agencies. It should be obvious. The most powerful of all beings does not have to make agreements restricting his power, as nothing can restrict his power.

Special Beliefs of the Genesis II Church

....
8. We believe that all humans inherently know God’s will at all times if they just trust themselves to know it. We believe that it is God’s will that all humans should always do what is right. We believe that each man or woman inherently knows what is right, or can determine for himself or herself what is right, and no-one needs a preacher or any particular book to tell him or her what is right.
It is each person’s responsibility to determine the correct path to follow and to evaluate carefully all information offered by humans. Nobody is obliged to accept information just because mortal men claim the information is from God or from God’s books, or from scientists, or other authorities of any and all kinds. Each person has the right to evaluate the information for himself or herself.

At www.genesis2church.is, Genesis 2 Church authorities have written down all those things that make it a church. These are the beliefs of those of us who formed the church; however, the Church does not require all members to subscribe to those beliefs. We only require our members to believe in:
• Doing good deeds;
• Healing the sick; and
• Always doing what is right.
The Church will do everything in its power to protect its members from government attempts to force vaccination on them, and the church will eventually maintain legal health food distribution centers or other sales mechanisms to help people continue to obtain the foods that they believe they need for their health.

Once a Minister, What Can You Do?
The Genesis II Church now maintains a training center in the Dominican Republic and so far has trained students from more than
40 countries throughout the world.
• The students all receive Minister of Health Certificates.
• Those who have successfully treated (healed) 20 people or more receive a Doctor of MMS Certificate.
The Doctor of MMS Certificate is based on successfully treating people and is awarded by Bishop Jim Humble on a case by case basis. Any Minister of Health or Doctor of MMS may open a local Chapter of the Genesis II Church. They may do this in their home or in any other local place of meeting. They may put a notice in the local paper indicating that the Genesis II Church chapter is present and ready to begin healing, at no charge, to those who are sick.
At this time, people are coming from around the world to be trained in the use of MMS, which we now call Cleansing Water. They then return to their homes to open a Chapter of the Genesis 2 Church of Health and Healing. They announce in the local paper that our Church is now present and ready to begin healing people at no cost.
They can also begin to visit people in their neighborhood, explaining the mission of the Genesis II Church. They can search out those who are sick and offer to help them with our cleansing water and our Sacrament. Our sacraments are similar to the sacraments in any church. They are the specific rituals of the church and in our case they correspond to the MMS protocols. People to be healed are asked to become church members, although that is not a requirement. However, they are asked to sign a paper explaining that we ask for a donation only after they are well, and that the donation is strictly voluntary.
Each Church member who has been trained receives an identification card and a certificate to hang on the wall showing his church level. The logo is very beautiful, depicting a New Earth free of disease, and is suitable for putting up as a sign anywhere to show the presence of the Church. The various employees of our Church will have job names based on the jobs in the church that they perform. We require that most jobs be held by people who understand MMS (our cleansing water and our sacraments). Ministers may open Chapters of the Church around the world. There will also be Deacons, Priests, Doctors of MMS, and Bishops.

Genesis 2 Church and the Law
Our church has no intention of opposing or fighting the law, but we must know the law and maintain our legal status. Throughout the ages, the church usually had power over the governments. They maintained their power mostly through fear. The fear usually revolved in one way or another around the idea that one would lose his eternity, that his actions would damn him forever.
In the last century, the governments began to get more power as the churches were losing theirs. The reason that this happened is not a part of this discussion; but the fact that it did happen is important. Out of this new condition developed the theory of separation of church and state. This new theory of separation included the legal philosophy of equal powers of Church and State.
• The church does not tell the government how to run the government and the government does not tell the church how to run the church. And that philosophy still exists today.
But governments throughout the world have learned to usurp the powers of each church as it is formed. Or they have learned to create laws that give them what they think is power over the churches. And the fact is that their laws usually work even though they are not really legal, and definitely are not lawful.
The laws are generally constructed so that they negate the power of the Church by obtaining the signature of the leaders in some sort of manipulation. The government agrees to do something for the Church and in return, the Church agrees to operate under the laws and regulations of the government. Most churches don’t even realize they are signing over their sovereignty to the Government. But when they sign, they become subject to hundreds of rules, if not thousands.
The Catholic church and the Mormon church are the only large churches that have not signed away all their rights.
An example in the United States is that the Constitution of the U.S. states that Congress shall make no laws respecting the establishment of religion or regulating religion. That means no laws. Basically, that philosophy exists in all countries to some extent or the other. In countries that were at one time colonized by England, that philosophy exists in common law. Although the governments try to make laws overcoming the common law it isn’t easy, as the courts continue to respect and uphold common law.
That’s why the government must in some way get the signature of a church leader on their contract so the courts must uphold the contract rather than the common law. Although in the U.S., Congress cannot make laws regulating Churches, the various governmental agencies, such as the IRS, can and do establish contracts with churches.
When a new church is formed, the IRS shows up and says, “If you become a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, you won’t have to pay taxes.” Since most of these churches do not realize that Congress can make no laws requiring churches to pay taxes, they immediately sign to become a 501(c)3 corporation. They don’t realize that there are no laws requiring them to pay taxes and the IRS will go so far as to threaten them if they don’t sign up.

IRS Control Over 501(c)(3) Churches
Let me show you some of the rules these churches come under when they sign up. Remember, you come under these rules only if you sign up to be non-profit with the IRS because Congress can make no laws regulating churches.
This is a summary of IRS rules. They are not conveniently listed in any central location -- the IRS has them scattered in numerous documents assembled under different regulations.

1) Church must have a distinct legal existence -- it must be incorporated.
2) It must have a recognized (approved) creed or form of worship.
3) It must have a distinct form of ecclesiastical government (e.g., General Conference, board of governors/trustees, etc., and state/local organizations, etc.)
4) It must have a specific code of doctrine and discipline.
5) It must have a denominational history.
6) Ministers must be ordained by the Church Corporation (in order to serve in a pastoral capacity).
7) Ministers must be educated at a state-accredited college or university in order to be ordained.
8. Church must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) assigned by the IRS, in order to employ ministers.
9) Pastor must receive a Social Security number in order to be employed by the Church.
10) To be tax-exempt, the Church must verify that it is a nonprofit organization.
11) The Church must be engaged in activities that serve the public trust.
12) Church must be able to answer to the IRS as to its daily financial activity (ledgers must be open for government review & approval).
13) Books and records must be available to the IRS for inspection at any time.
14) Church must inform the IRS as to who serves at the church
(Deacon, Elder, Treasurer, Teacher, Janitor, etc.) regardless of compensation or lack thereof. (The IRS wants the names of those who voluntarily serve the church.)
15) Church must inform the IRS of identity of almsgiving recipients. (This is presumably to reduce the amount of assistance they get by modifying compensation received through welfare, SSI, WIC, AFDC, etc.)
16) Church must report to the IRS all gifts sent to missionaries amounting to $500 or more. (Also a taxation measure, as per form 1099).
17) Only use the IRS-approved fundraising methods. (The IRS determines which methods are acceptable for raising funds.)
18) Must answer to the IRS for any sermon or organizational position which is critical of the IRS. (So the IRS can penalize the church or pastor for stepping "out of line".)
19) Must give unreserved submission to the civil magistrate pertaining to all laws (federal, state and local), including issues of public policy (abortion, homosexuality, assisted suicide, equal employment, education, gambling, pornography, abortion, etc).
20) Church must actively promote racial mixing in marriage (miscegenation). (This has to do with the promulgation of ecclesiastical certification, and is supposed to be protected by the free exercise clause of the 1st Amendment. Anything that involved intermarriage was, in the early days of the US, subject to licensure on the grounds that slaves could do nothing without permission. This was the back door which the government has used to promote the licensure of all marriages. The church has become an accomplice in causing married couples to have a third party in their union without their knowledge or consent. All forms of licensed activity may be regulated by the state, including the "fruits of marriage" – your children. This is how state child welfare agents get away with "legally" violating people's 4th Amendment rights!) Pastor cannot enter the public debate about the licensure of ministries. (Ministers must be licensed by the state in which they intend to practice, unless ordained denominationally, in which case the pastor may preach anywhere the denomination has an established presence.) The same arguments about licensure apply here as with #20; it is a violation of the free exercise clause with regards to Christian ethics. Ministers are answerable to God first – to be licensed is to put the state before God.
21) Pastor cannot enter into any activity opposing public policy on any issues, e.g., abortion, assisted suicide, education, taxes, gambling, pornography, homosexuality, abortion, parents' rights, etc.
22) Pastor cannot solicit church members' participation in any activity opposing public policies (such as the aforementioned).
23) Pastor cannot support legislation upholding parents’ rights or other measures that would strengthen the sovereignty of the family over the state's interest in the progeny of a licensed marriage.
24) Pastor cannot proselytize against the promotion of homosexual lifestyles, abortion, gambling, pornography, and other "lifestyle options", et cetera.
25) Pastor/Church cannot advocate state and U.S. constitutions or the Bill of Rights as the supreme law of the land.
26) Pastor cannot enter into sermons that criticize national public issue policies, such as the "drug war", POW's & MIA's, increasing federalization of criminal statutes and police powers, etc.
27) Pastor cannot oppose public education, its policies, or its shortcomings (Outcome Based Education); or promote private education above public education; or promote particular educational policies and programs.
28) Pastor cannot publicly declare that people should obey God above or before the government. (Compare the apostle who said, "We should obey the laws of God above the laws of men".)
29) Pastor cannot publicly criticize the actions of the government in the implementation of public policy (e.g., promoting sex education, etc.)
Our Ministers of Health must realize that we must not sign up with the government in any way. God does not need permission from governments to exist or to have his Churches in the land. Although we are not religious, we are spiritual and we are a church – that is, a group of people gathered to do some service to mankind. There are other definitions of a church but that is a legitimate legal definition.
Every government wants to regulate and control the churches, but if a church will just begin operation and not sign up with any of the governmental people that come by, we normally will not have a problem. All we are doing is healing people. We are not selling MMS, the Cleansing Water of the Church.
• If we were to sign any of the registration forms that they promise will protect us from harassment, it would be the end of our ability to heal people. The government would stop us. We would have given them the power to tell us to stop using our Cleansing Water.
In the beginning, before we have the money to oppose them, we may have to sometimes sign their registration forms but that should not be done if we can prevent it. If at all possible, we should just start each Church chapter and begin healing people. If we can get a few people healed before the government really starts pushing, that will be a definite help when we go to court. It will also help to keep the government from bothering us.
Eventually, as soon as the Church can afford it, we will provide any of our Ministers with lawyers that will invoke common law or other past laws to prevent us from signing any government papers at all. We will definitely stand behind our ministers with Church money and we will continue to heal mankind.

Please keep in mind that:
You must not sign any agreements or documents with any government whatsoever.
Don’t register your Church chapter or comply with any oppressive government demands . Only in this manner will we retain our Church Sovereignty.
