It appears to be a soap or detergent product that contains 23% HCL. If there are other ingredients other than HCL, I would not use it for making MMS1 or CDH. Maybe for making CDS.

You might be able to outgas the HCL into distilled water in a closed container with two smaller containers for the HCL and distilled water. But, there is not a way to measure the HCL concentration.

No, you can't measure CLO2 ppm with a TDS meter. You need a photometer designed to measure CLO2 concentration. Plus reagents.

There is no detergent. The ingredients are water + HCl
It's made by Nimes soap company, it's the name of the manufacturer.

Only with strips test to measure CLO2

Hmmm, not a soap. If the product is only HCL and water, then you should be able to use it by diluting it down to 4% HCL.

You can use CLO2 high range test strips to measure CLO2 concentration (ppm). They can give an approximate answer.

I have stored HCL at room temperature up to 4 years with no loss of potency. Might last longer in a fridge.

The YT video of Andreas Kalcker showing my 2015 method of making CDS, using the double infusion method, has been removed from my YT channel by YT for unknown reasons. So, let's see if the same video at Brighteon.com will embed here. If it does not embed and play, then click on the link below to watch the video.
