what about my question on DMSO -Or does it really matter?1. You have mentioned the DMSO, which I have always used. I have seen in 2 places in protocols on web site, that a. DMSO is to be added right after activation of 20 sec.
b. DMSO is to be added after waiting the 3 min. just before you drink it.
Which is correct? Does it really matter as long as you drink it after the 3 mins??
Thanks for the abbreviations you gave me. It helps.
Glenda
The activation time depends on the ACtivator used.
And then add DMSO after activation however one could also take DMSO separately either before or after, or two capsules one ACtivated MMS, one DMSO, or DMSO in the water that is used to drink the capsule down with.

Here is another idea that worked for me. I put 6 drops of DW in a shot glass with a dimpled bottom, then added 3 drops SC and 3 drops 4HCL. Sucked up that solution into a 1ml syringe & put my special cap on the end and let it activate 10 minutes. The 1ml syringe plunger was not pushed out from pressure. It might have if the syringe was new as there is more friction the older the syringe.
So, this is CDH using 3 drops of SC. Give it a try. Note that shortly after I squirted the CDH into the size 0 capsule, it burst and the CDH leaked out. That was about 1 minute after I filled the capsule.

- The truth will make you free!!!
I did read the Protocol 4000 and honesty believe that the Honey section of that protocol should be eliminated or written with a lot of warning. I like the way Jim expose the method is using GelCaps and that the way should be take it. I strong believe that Calcium Hypochlorite work as well as MMS but dont like the idea of expose soft tissue like the mouth to it. Is too strong even mix with Honey. I believe if the area where the person is, does not have gelcaps empty, purchase other medication packed in GelCaps , dump the medication and fill with the Calcium Hypochlorite.
Hey thank you for correct me abou the Waltmart issue, I believe I saw the product there. My mistake.
God Bless You!!!

Add the 1ml ACtivator, wait 10 minutes, refrigerate for next use.
Search Jim's Hot sauce or simply hot sauce on site and likely the info will come up. Another search term is CDH 12 or maybe CDH12 or maybe CDH-12.
Let me know if you can't find it.
If using pills, it is my opinion at this stage that we do not need to wait any time when activatig IN capsule.
Inother words put X drops MMS with X drops ACtivator IN cap, cap, and ingest with water.
This will give about a 90 second window of activation.
MOST ACtivation occurs at 60 second mark.
Some residual unactivated MMS when activated with Citric Acid is now thought to be the reason for nausea.
I know this can be confusing but I think you've got the right idea heading in the right direction.

It is experimental now, so expect changes.
The main difference between Classic MMS and CDH is the length of activation time.
It is important to swallow the capsule as soon as it is filled with solution as it will melt in less than one minute, I have found.
Let us know how this works for you.

One other member brought this idea up a couple 3 weeks back.
If you can figure a way to make MMS Ice...
I mean if we can freeze CD then why bother with capsule when just ice and water would suffice.
That's one of the great things about MMS.
There is room for experimentation.

Published on: May 11, 2026
Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …

Clarification of MMS Terms
Published on: March 29, 2026
The following is from Jim Humble, taken from the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. MMS is the general acronym term used throughout the world to indicate many of the different uses of a solution of sodium chlorite in water. Sodium chlorite is a mineral/chemical, that when mixed with a food grade acid generates chlorine dioxide. Chlorine …
