On a fairly recent thread one poster is using MMS2 externally with DMSO to penetrate neck and relieve issue.
Tired, sounds like MMS is working.
Did the painful touch occur before MMS or after?

The PDF file has been updated now and it would be great if you folks who use the capsule method would try CDH Capsule Recipe #2 outlined on page 8 of the PDF file.I was reading your PDF for CDH. The capsule method that is The one I like. Is three drops of the 30 ml solution or six for the three drop protocol.
www.mmsinfo.org/infosheets/infosheet_cdh.pdf
Add 4 tsp DW to a 1 fl oz (30ml) glass bottle
Add 1 tsp SC
Add 1 tsp 4% HCL
Fill to top with more DW
Activate about 15 minutes then put the bottle in a fridge for an hour or so. You are done!
That would be 20ml DW + 5ml SC + 5ml 4HCL= 30ml + additional ~2ml of DW to fill this bottle full. Fill the bottle as full as you can to keep the air space to a minimum. Past testing has shown a 25% increase in CLO2 when the bottle is full compared to half full. I think we are forcing the CLO2 into solution rather than let it outgas and escape when the bottle is opened.
This CDH produced 0.57mg CLO2/drop (13.7mg/ml) of the 32ml CDH. If you can fit 15 "drops" in a capsule, that would give you 8.6mg of CLO2 per capsule. About 9 "drops" of this CDH may be equal to a MMS 60 second activated 3 drop, 4HCL activated dose. Depends on how much more, if any, MMS activation occurs inside the body.
After 8 days, the color changed only slightly and the CLO2 ppm stayed the same. This recipe seems stable for at least a week which should be enough time to use up the contents of the bottle.
Thanks for making this in British values for us metric challenged...
We may reach more when we show both metric and standard values.
1ml ~ 1/4 tsp 24 drops all about the same
0 capsules hold about 15. There are larger as well.

I would use this new recipe even if I wasn't using capsules. Drops are a lot easier for me to deal with than ml.

Thanks for this info - I had thought that Jim said a MAX number in a dose, but have read that others are doing more, so then they really aren't hurting themselves doing this, but it's not necessary, CORRECT?
