I've got about 3 or 4 protocols for making different amounts of MMS - that was just one I'd never heard of. 
This is nothing against Dennis.
A gram scale would probably be good, though. I actually like to go to tenths of grams - Just me. I'm doing the one that starts with 1 lb of sodium chlorite flakes, or I will be in the morning.. Figure 10 or 12 4-oz bottles will last me a very long time!
