blocked nose

you need to find a way to seal the nostril around the bottle so the water cant come back from the same nostril. i made something at home using an enema bag and i put it hung high the tube goes into the nostril and i put on the tube rubber to seal it against my nostril - i attached some pictures of my home made system and a youtube video that show how to do it with a special bottle that they sell.
If it is not going to the other nostril you are not doing it good.
you can find more youtube videos that explain how to do it in a video.

I have tried both of them, and I thought the one where you squirt it up the nose
would work great as it would force the solution pass the block. I am very disappointed
it does not work the solution still pours out the same nostril.
What to do what to do.........any other suggestion
it is making me very miserable as I can not sleep because I just can not breath and as for
eating I have to be very careful because I have to breath through the mouth all the time and
if I have food in my mouth and breath in it goes down the windpipe a bit scary,
to empty mouth out before I breath in it is just natural to breath normally while you are eating
I try to remember some times I for get now I am in real difficulty trying to breath, what a merry go around I am having all because of a blocked nose LOL
What a pain this is.
I did the tub bath this morning how often can one do that also it says 2.5 tsp of activator I thought when you use the other stuff not the lemon juice can remember what you call it
you always put 1 drop of mms and 1 drop of that stuff....bit confused here.
I am back on to 1 drop of MMS just the thought of it now makes me want to be sick. I am
going to put it in to capsules and see how I go that way.
Would value any suggestion that you can come up with or perhaps some one else might
have some ideas.
Thank you for all the help you have been giving me

I do not know what kind of bottle you used, the one that you see in the video is something you buy and it is especially design for that purpose i do not think you can do it with just any bottle. you have to buy it or use an alternative method like i did.
when i use my system i hold my head under the bug, gravity push the water the rubber does not let anything come back from that side. when it was really blocked the first few seconds the water just hardly moved then the gravity push started to open the blocked sinuses and every time i did it the water flow faster.
You must find a way to COMPLETELY seal the side that the water go in, that way they have no choice then to find the way out from the other side.
do a search in youtube for - nasal rinse , there are many videos there try to learn from those video what you are doing wrong. buy the specially design bottle or find a way to do it right or it will not work.
about the activator - i use 50% citric acid solution, if you use lemon then you need 5 drops of freshly squeezed (not lemon juice you buy in a bottle or a can) for each drop of MMS1 then you need to wait 3 minutes before adding water or putting it in the tub.
if you use 50% citric acid then you put one drop of it for every drop of MMS1 and wait only 20 seconds.
{you can make citric acid solution yourself - buy citric acid powder at the supermarket and mix it with clean water the same amount each - if you take 1/4 cup of water then you add 1/4 cup of citric acid powder , mix them together until all the powder Dissolved in the water , then you will have a 50% citric acid solution.}
when you drink the MMS1 (one drop) i hope you activate it first with 5 drops of lemon and wait 3 minutes before adding water or 1 drop of 50% citric acid and wait 20 seconds before adding 1/2 cup of water or juice and drink it.
one drop is very easy to drink if you do it right there is hardly any taste.... for me anyway.
About the baths - i guess you can do as many as you want as long as it does not make you feel worse after, i think once a day if enough especially if you take it orally too.

Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics? Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
