Hello members,

I came across a protocol on putting mms drops straight in to the nostrils and I can not
find where I read it, could some body help me please on this.

I can not smell it as Jim has stated because my nose is so blocked for me to sniff I have to
really sniff hard and then I would most probably take to much into my lungs, this is out for
me.

Also if I just take it by the mouth would it clear up, I have been taking it every 2 hours and it has not make any difference I only started today.

Thanks a mill

♦♦ Nose and sinus problem –
1. Make a 4-drop dose in half a glass of water. Lie on your
back and put several drops in each nostril every few hours
until well. Alternatively,
2. Use a quart of water with 32 drops of activated MMS in it.
Rest your head down in the sink sideways and with a hot
water bottle, use the hose to drain the water into the upper
nostril and allow it to flow out of the lower nostril. Then turn
your head over and do the same with the other side. You
can do this 4 or 5 times daily until the sinus congestion is
gone.

I used number 2 , 1-2 times a day for a few days and after years of block nose i can breath again :)

for the record,
i simply used the 4oz spraybottle with the regular 40 drops and sprayed up the nose.

i mean you could definitely feel it up the sinuses that there was mms present (!),
but its all good, the feeling of snorting pure fire went away after about 5-10 seconds.

also, the sinuses cleared up shockingly fast as i did that probably 3-5 times that day.

Hi All i also have had this bad sinus infection for the past year. The 32 drops of activated mms Nir is talking abour is that 32 drops of mms and then add 5 drops of 10% critic acid x 32 for the quart of water?

Hi, I am a bit concerned as I have been doing what Nir has said and this is what has
happened for me.

I can hear the mucous squelching in my nose and my ears, it seems to loosen it
but also blocked my nose up worse, it runs a little bit out of my nose that is all.

I feel it is a lot worse than before I started.

this afternoon I sniffed up the fumes and breathed a little through the mouth as Jim has
explained, nothing

can this get worse before it gets better. or any other suggestions

Thanks

Hi noworries

First, i just want to say that this method is not my method it is Jim humble protocol for sinus rinse.

I had a block nose for years, nothing helped, i did the sinus rinse with salt, grapefruit seed extract and other things and nothing worked.

when i start doing it with MMS1 i did it with half the amount of water and half the amount of MMS1 drops. i divided the amount of water to two , each half for each nostril. i did that twice a day.

After a day or two, it looked like it got worse - i had strong pain all the way to my teeth and gums, blood was coming out of my nose every time i had to blow up my nose. one night i woke up and there was a lot of blood - i kept on doing the MMS1 rinse but only once a day. then after a few days i could really smell a bad smell from inside my left sinus (this was weird), an hour or two later which i could smell that bad smell all the time i felt like i need to blow my nose again. You would not believe what came out - it was like a bulk of mucus mixed with blood it was really disgusting stuff :-) after that i could breath from my nose like never before. i kept on doing the rinse with less drop for a few days more.

Now a few weeks later i do not do it anymore because my nose is completely open. every now and then I take a deep breath from my nose and i just enjoy it so much because it is a feeling of cleanse and open nose that i never had in my life (at least i do not remember it ever been so easy to breath from the nose) i keep on breathing from the nose and amazed by that new possibility of breathing - I LOVE IT it is new for me and i enjoy it so much!! :-)

So, that it my experience with the nasal rinse with MMS1 - hope you will have the same results soon !

Hi tnwaxman

I did half the amount of water and sometimes less drops then the protocol by Jim Humble for each rinse.
The way i did it -
500 ml of clean bottled water (I used bottled water because in my country we have in the tap water chlorine and fluoride :-( ) + 12 drops of activated MMS1 (if you use 10% citric acid then you need 5x12 drops. or you can use 50% citric acid 1x12 drops. wait for activation and add the water).
I used half of that (250ml) going from the left nostril and the water comes out from the right one, and the second half the other way around.

Good Luck :-)
