parasites do not really like spicy foods, not that spicy foods kill them, but they do have some effect on them. I would 100% suggest that you do my full parasite cleanse, did you read the link? brain fog is a classic symtom together with lathargy when parasites are out of control in the body. It is not that you are actually eating the parasites, people eat the lavae and the eggs which soon hatch in the human body and breed further.

I have a script for getting a candida - blood test done ?
I had an expensive stool test done by a noteworthy parasitologist.
he found 4 amoeba species.. said he saw no yeast (or candida ?)
i did a protocol of his for eradication. i have yet to be retested by him or anyone else.

i know my MD/ND was talking about a thorough test could be done by quest.
for a lot less.

the problem with testing for certain parasites is as soon as they are exposed to air they die, regardless i think you will benefit as we all do from this protocol.

Brain fog nowadays can even be due to EMF and geopathic stress. Checkout EarthPulse equip....made by PaulBecker, a friend of mine...he cleared his brain fog instantly by entraining to the earthpulse that he developed. Even earthcalm.com has stories of brainfog clearing with their equipment. I can never make out why it takes so long for people to suspect EMF, it is the only thing that has grown exponentially like has our chronic illnesses. If you look at the rise in autism for instance, the graph is identical to the rise in EMF....DrKlinghardt is doing wonderful work here. Parasites also love EmF and geostress of course, that's why they come to you when your energy is like that. Goodluck.

Don't know much about "brain fog" although the condition seems very real and befuddling.

In reading some of the posts in relation to sugar, specially the refined type, one thing comes to mind again and again: Poison! Do not touch! Stay away from completely.

I certainly would not contemplate ingesting Turps - albeit that is an organic hydrocarbon - it is a hydrocarbon non the less and would be toxic. (I am not a Medical/Biological/Chemical expert) Saying that - there are many poisons from nature that homoeopathically applied - stimulates the body to react in corrective fashion.

How did you come upon this treatment - jest for personal interest sake?

The ONE thing I avoid like the plague is Sugar! My contribution is to know that sugar that if refined to an inorganic molecule, is poison to the body and produces acids you could do without. Use anything else organic. One can get unrefined sugars that are not chemically and heat treated. (Honey is prime replacement)
