Brain Fog Cure...

be careful with the mix with dmso application, i got burnt from it, like sun burn. not sure if it was the dmso or the mms.. people say the dmso will do it. but i put some of strait dmso on my leg afterwards and didnt get the burn from it.. but just proceed with caution.
also, i am working with H2O2 food grade 35% 5 drops to start/ upto 3 x a day. and then build slowly from there.

as far as your ginko experience, very interesting.. sometimes those experiences just happen when the time is right, and as you say, they are difficult to re-create.

i have been looking at some youtube vids of people who are doing ayahuasca journeys down in the amazon,, most have a good experience.

Michael, if activated mms is mixed with dmso, and put on the skin, it will absorb directly into it.
the coffee substitute was "dandy blend" it is chicory and dandelion.

If you use DMSO above the waist, it needs to be diluted or it will burn - not sure why there is a differentiation betwen below the waist and above the waist, but can highly recommend this book.

Are you sure ozone is safe?
I know wikipedia is not reliable, but I looked it up anyway:

It goes on with "According to scientists with the US EPA, susceptible people can be adversely affected by ozone levels as low as 40 nmol/mol."

I haven't verified the accuracy or even the truth of these statements, and I'm almost sorry to refer to them because wikipedia can be very very wrong. Maybe I am just not motivated enough to do the tedious research and I apologize for that.

But I am personally thinking of purchasing a water distiller and/or looking into reverse osmosis because I heard that store purchased distilled water is ozonated and I am trying to avoid it.

I've been purchasing distilled water for maybe 3 years because I didn't want flouride in my drinking water. Someone pointed out recently that ozone is used in the process and you don't want that mixing with some medicines. Indeed it was, so I purchased a countertop distiller for about $200. Works really well and I'm very happy with it. Disgusting tho to see the residue left after making distilled from tap water. Think it would discourage people from drinking tap water. $200 seemed like a lot but very little water waste compared to a reverse osmosis machine I had years ago.

jemco, i know that strait ozone shouldnt be inhaled. that is why people bubble it thru olive oil and then breathe it. i heard it changes the molecule into a long chain. not sure that is true, and i dont understand what long chain is. and also, i have heard the thing to do is make ozone from pure oxygen, not just the air we breathe, and that gets pure ozone,,, i assume it is safe if done safely.... people are doing saunas, and insuffleating ozone. i have heard of several accounts of people who have gotten over lyme with it.

I have experienced ozonated water and drinking it gave me energy!

RO water tastes good, but there are no minerals in it so I would never buy one. Besides I think I have the best water machine out there;

I pre-treat the water prior to it going into the machine, as well as refashioned the feeder tube from straight to coiled to give the water extra energy per viktor schaubergers book.

Anyways it's the best tasting water. And the distilled water it makes, is actually sweet!!! I kid you not! I mix the two different waters together for convenience. I keep them in 1/2 gal glass bottles and a 5gal stainless iced tea dispenser....no plastic per the inventor.

It is far better to find the cause, i understand the symptom but lets look at the cause. In my experience brain fogging has 90% been due to parasites, please see my thread with reference to parasites etc.

pinning it down isnt easy.
but i will keep looking.

i had another event where the brain fog fell significantly overnite. now after 10 days i am experiencing it again. it seems to come on after eating certain foods. maybe.?

what did i do the evening prior. i had dinner at an indian food restaurant.
woke up the next morning, and brain fog had lowered considerably. more so than in the last few years. go figure ?
