Hi,
I just bought MMS2 from Keavys. Could someone confirm how to take it? From what I read, it sounds like I should open the capsule and pour half of it in water, then drink. Is that correct?

Try 1/3 of the capsule first... always drink two glass of water for the first capsule.... if there are no detox symptoms... increase it to 1/2 capsule.... go until you can take one capsule at every 2hour interval 4 times a day.... build slowly...

Pour what you dont want to injest out of the capsule. Take with 2 glasses of water. Buy empty caps if you want to save what you take out. Better still buy the empty caps and put in your own calcium hypoclorite.

If I take 1/2 or 1/3, do I mix it in the water? Or pack into another capsule and swallow?
