How do we get flouride free water. Yes folks, it is great to have MMS to help us defeat many problems but we should also be proactive in preventing some of the problems from starting in the first place.

Apparantly there are only three ways to remove a substantial amount fluoride from your drinking water: reverse osmosis, special alumina fluoride removal filters, and distillation.

Reverse Osmosis uses pressure to force water through a membrane that removes pollutants. It does a good job of removing fluoride but it is expensive and not practical for a home system since it flushes water down the drain to purify the smaller amount. Reverse osmosis is used in many bottled water dispensaries at grocery stores.

Alumina fluoride removal filters are filled with treated alumina beads that filter out much of the fluoride. There is a range of effectiveness with these filters dependent upon the water pressure, age of the filter, and the level of fluoride of the water going in. The best systems implement a separate fluoride filter after the general filter.

Distillation purifies water by heating it and catching the steam. Anything that is not pure water, including fluoride, is left behind. Distillation creates the cleanest water available but systems can be expensive to buy and operate, and they generate a lot of heat. Buying distilled water by the bottle can be a fairly economical way to get clean water. Be careful when buying distilled water marketed for babies – some companies actually put the fluoride back in.

In opinion of many experts distilled water leeches out minerals from the body.It works great as kidney
flush.Remember distilled water is acidic.

I ALWAYS buy distilled water in 5 gallon glass jugs..... then I had 2 tablespoons of the Solé water or Concentrace minerals to it (for minerals and taste).... it tastes just like spring water.

This way, I know that the water is pure.

People always argues that "I am not getting any minerals in my water"... but I say I get them mostly in my food, and the rest I get from Biotics Research supplements.

Distilled water is our best opportunity to have flouride free water.

We can get minerals from other sources so we don't need to drink this poison!

Our drinking water has chlorine and flouride in it and these two chemicals must affect the chlorine doxide to some degree.

I am not sure if Jim has stated or recommended using distilled water but from my understanding I think it should be mandatory for best results.

I don't think DSMO mixes well with regular drinking water either -- I did see a reaction when I added DSMO to regular tap water. There was a reaction and the water got hot.

Again, I would srtongly recommend using pure distilled water when making the protocols for best results.

Again, when compared to drinking flouride or distilled water I would choose distilled water. We have other sources for minerals. If it is an acid issue for some then the water pH can be altered with sodium bicarbonate to raise the pH.

Please study the dangers of flouride -- you will be shocked. Flouride is also a main ingrediant for rat poison. The warning on toothpaste is "do not swallow" because it has flouride -- but they put it in the drinking water. Flouride is causing many ailments in our bodies. It seriously affects the brain and damages children in their early development years. Study this subject on Youtube -- lots of good information from very qualified people.

Yes, I know what she is saying and I answered this already.

Flouride is causing serious problems in all life forms that drink it.

This is about avoiding Flouride in drinking water.

We can get minerals from other sources -- spring water may be a great source for good drinking water. BUT, not tap water so we are left with few choices and distilled water is our best choice. Just find the right additives to make it better but get rid of the flouride.
