Thanks CLO2. I bought Jim Humbles guidebook and am following it. So far I got to protocol 1000. The day before I think I added too many DMSO drops which may have caused it to go much deeper into the tissues.

I'm feeling better now. I was just concerned about the shelf life of these bottles. I have MMS1 + 4% HCL + DMSO.

Do they have a shelf life?

I have heard that MMS and HCL should last 5 years. But if MMS activates and you see a dark amber color at 30 seconds, they should be fine even if they are older that 5 years.

I am not sure about DMSO; you can do a quick Internet search to find the answer.

Thank you for the advice CLO2. It looks like DMSO can last around 4 years if stored well. Mine smells bad and makes me gag so I'm going to buy a new one to play it safe.

I just took a whiff of my bottle of DMSO and it has no odor at all. It is made by the "DMSO Store" and sold on Amazon.

I had that same issue a couple days after starting my MMS. It felt like there was food in my throat and that I had heartburn and acid reflux feelings. I searched on some forums after suffering for days hoping it would go away...it did not.

What I found through research was that this is because mold is in the body. There is a whole other protocol "Mold/ Fungus Protocol" that needs to be done before doing protocol 1000 or any other one.

Here is the the information. It is on page 99 of the book. This is my simple version:

To rid the body of mold you will NEED either Aztec clay, Bentonite clay (calcium bentonite preferred), or Montmorillonite (from France). I used Redmond Bentonite clay from a health food store that said it was for the face, it is also food grade despite the warnings on the label.

Step 1:
On day 1 of taking the clay, take 5 doses of clay, each dose two hours apart.
Clay dose 1 & 2: add 1/2 level teaspoon of clay in 1/2 cup of water. Sprinkle clay in.
Clay doses 3, 4, & 5 add 1 teaspoon to 1/2 cup water

What this looks like

8 AM: Clay 1/2 tsp
9:
10: Clay 1/2 tsp
11
12: Clay 1 tsp
1
2: Clay 1 tsp
3
4: Clay 1 tsp

If feeling better:

Alternate clay (1 tsp) and whatever your MMS dose was before starting clay. Do this for 2 days. After 2 days if better, keep at it until all the way well and start back on you MMS procedure.

Eg. MMS, Clay, MMS, Clay, MMS, Clay, MMS, Clay

If you are feeling worse.. then take MMS and clay at the same time. It is suggested to use "fizzy mineral water" because it protects the MMS.

Activate your drops, add the fizzy water and then sprinkle in 1 tsp of clay.

Continue this until all the way well. It should knock out the mold/fungus.
Do this for a couple days, no need for a prolonged amount of time.

I found this info really helpful as for the last 2 days l have had nausea, diarrhoea and fatigue. I had managed to move up to 2 drops hourly  for the last 2 weeks which had taken me over 4 months to get to. I have been chronically ill with Lyme disease for over 40 years and it has nearly killed me affecting every orgon, joint and tissues of my body. So anyway l have dropped down to 1 drop and see how l recover.
