You know you're an MMSarian when you have a RO system or water filtration system to get rid of the chlorine taste in the water yet add MMS to the water you drink :lol:

You know you're an MMSarian when you realize how much $$$ you will save from not buying deodorant, facial cleanser, reg. toothpaste, and, yes, suppositories for Hemorrhoids. :woohoo:
(yes working on that one now by freezing CDS in small insertable sizes, for me it's easier than first making MMS3).

6am shot-glas Living Sea Water

8am dose of MMS

Snack:
9am MMS

11am MMS

Lunch:
12noon MMS
1pm MMS

Snack:

optional:

Dinner

7pm Bentonite Clay

Ohh, did I forget some real food? Darn the day went over so quick didn't have time to think about eating:P
