Hello fellow MMS-ers,

I have been on-line, read this, read that about food.
You can't eat this, you can't eat that.

So, let's forget about what we can't eat with MMS.

WHAT CAN WE EAT????????? :(

Any suggestions for breakfast, lunch and dinner.....P-L-E-A-S-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm hungry, tho I don't mind losing a few pounds....but I need to eat to hold the MMS down and to prevent watery diarrhea.

yes, I would like to follow up on that question.

According to what I now from reading the protocols online and also in Jims book, the only thing you can't eat or drink is oranges and things with c vitamin added.

Then now there is also talks about antioxidants.. does that mean all food which have antioxidants ?? If that is so, why is it not specified in his book that you can not eat berries, or drink green teas as example, while doing the protocols..

And now I just read this about carrotjuice: Carrot juice is very rich in beta-carotene which is an antioxidant and it prevents cell degeneration. Does this mean that I have to stop drinking juice also?

I thought it was good to drink lots of fresh juices, but don't guess they all have antioxidants..

It's becoming a bit confusing.

Jim has stated that food antioxidents are OK (other than oranges, added vitamin C and ascorbic acid) - however, to not take food with your doses, but to offset by at least 30 minutes.

I am having the same problem, I was advised not to eat ANY food that contains antioxidants so I stopped, all I eat it iceberg lettuce, cucumber, bread with swiss cheese, pasta with no tomato sauce, and lots of meat although I noticed that grease meat is not really good. My diet is not the best, I dont drink any juice just water and plain carbonated water once in a while.... I drink organic chamomile tea in the morning as it doesn't have caffeine. I purchases agave to sweeten the tea but I just ended up drinking it unsweetened.

I am very hungry too, all this bread and meat is not in my nature but I dont want to cancel out the mms :-(. Well I love bread but not so much the meat.

I have been following this list of Antioxidants...... www.mizfrogspad.com/Diet/antioxidants.htm I try to eat food at the very lower end of antioxidants. I also fund this : www.oracvalues.com/sort/orac-value

Hi there!

I agree with Pam... the only thing I avoid is ADDED VIT. C / Ascorbic Acid and Oranges.

Other than that, I just try to keep a super healthy diet. with lots of vegetables, salad, fruit, juice, water and mostly white meat.

And, If I´m not wrong, even oranges are OK if you take them 2 hours apart from your MMS dose. :)

Faith, Love and Health to everyone!
Chris

Blessed/smartyme - You have some choices - but if it were me, I'd EAT! You need to nourish your body. NOWHERE does Jim Humble say to not eat.

Taken directly from the Minister of Health Training Notes (which Michael Harrah has posted on this forum)

A lot of people will tell you that antioxidants are going to stop mms from working. There is a long list of foods that contain antioxidants and I put chlorine dioxide into all of those foods on the list. None of those destroyed the chlorine dioxide.

I’ve been giving people mms for so many years and have even watched people get cured in front of my eyes. I never told them not to eat this or that, other than having them wait ½ hour to take the mms before or after meals. The only food that cancels mms out is orange juice.

@ Fort and Pam,

Thank you so much for your reply, my problem is that I am on a protocol for hsv 1 and 2 and I keep getting outbreaks although this is my second week. I figured it was the antioxidant canceling out the mms. I am a major green eater but also a bread and potato eater..loll so I am glad to know I can eat my salad I so much miss.

have a blessed night everyone xD

Hi Blessed

I don't know what kind of bread you eat but in the UK lots of regular, store bought sliced bread has ascorbic acid added to it, which of course is just vitamin c. Worth checking your bread ingredients list for hidden items. I think they add ascorbic acid to lots of baked goods as a preservative. I have found ascorbic acid hidden everywhere since I started looking for it. Maybe your bread is lovely, homemade and doesn't have additives but thought I would mention it just in case.

Best wishes to you :)

Hi All : Just thought I would throw my two cents worth in on this whole food issue !!
I have been taking a half teaspoon of CDS every half hour for at least 8 hours a day for almost a month now. IT WORKS !!
I have not made any substantial changes to my diet. I start my day with two cups of regular coffee. I then eat a banana. Two hours after my coffee I start my CDS protocol. I have an average lunch. Sometimes salad, sometimes meat and potatos. A good mix of meals which I have always eaten. You have to have some protein to stay normal and strong !!
Other than my 2 cups of coffee in the morning I drink nothing except natural spring water. Good water is very good for you. I take my CDS with one ounce of natural spring water. I drink warm water as a coffee substitute because I was so addicted to the coffee that I wanted something to take it's place during my day. I am also going to start drinking dandelion leaf tea as a substitute for coffee. It is supposed to be very good for the body.
NOW LISTEN UP !!! I have prostrate cancer ! I have been doing blood and urine tests weekly since starting my CDS Protocol. My PSA count has gone DOWN !! I was at 13.3 ( That is bad ) but have dropped to 9.3 ( That is a lot better ) in just 3 weeks !! My ultimate goal is to get to less than a 4 PSA count. I will continue with CDS and my average diet and see how it goes. I have every reason to believe that the CDS is responsible for my drop in PSA count. If my count continues to drop as I suspect it will, I will be a very happy man.
So my point is that I don't think it matters a whole lot what you eat. Possibly if I ate healthier the CDS would work faster but I don't really know what I could do better to assist the CDS . If you can give me advice on what foods will promote the action of CDS I will be happy to try it.
Anyway, that's my two cents worth !!
Be well my friends,,,
Ted,,
