Things to drink

And, if you did consume any of these, was it at least one to two hours before

My question is what is left to drink?  besides water?

I ask, because  when I am done the 8 daily does,  I would like to start my "normal"  pattern of medicines, which I normal take with orange juice to hide the taste of them. 

I realize its best to wait 2 hours before drinking orange juice, but I was wondering if there is anyway I can find something else to drink besides water, and to reduce that time 1 hour instead of two.  I have to take those on an empty stomach, and with two hours, it gets late in the day for eating.

I have always said that I drink coffee right before MMS and the health issues MMS cured have never returned. I drink the strongest coffee I can find. Two big mugs right before I drink my morning borax and then my MMS. Unless you are dying I really don't think it matters too much. My experience may differ from the next, but it is the truth in my case nonetheless.

 The CD will probably be out of your system with in 1 hour. No need to wait 2 hours.

How long do you wait after drinking the borax, before the mms?

How much of the borax do you drink?

I am reading about this and believe this would be beneficial.

Mix 1 teaspoon of borax in a litre of water. Then drink 1teaspoon of that mix in a cup of water. I drink that immediately before I start drinking my MMS. I don't wait at all. Just little sips of borax at a time the same that you would with MMS. You don't just gulp it down.

Thinking now, Mark said that a while ago, and you get so many different types of Coke these days, just make sure it doesn't have any added ascorbic acid or anything like that.

That is where Boron comes from.
We used to get it in our food, but with the chemicals spraying on our farms in the entire of North America  since the 1940's it hasn't been in our soils.



Here is a good video on it  --  It say oral health but this doctor talks about it for bone health--- watch the first  25 minutes, but its worth watching it all.
