Hi I contacted several U.K. companies but they were anything but helpful and the ones that did get back to wanted so much information it was not possible to provide as I am not a company.

Having trawled the net I came across Lisa in America. She is willing to ship 1lb for $30 plus the same amount again for shipping.

When emailing her ensure you put sodium chlorite in the email subject box otherwise you may not get a response.

She responds quite quickly.

Cost with postage was about £43. Enough to make as per video/manual when th some left over. I ordered 34% HCL from eBay and reduced down.
