Joanne,
Wow that's a long dosage. I am quite new to this so how much CDS would this be? There seems to be some mixed information about this. Some say 1 drop of MMS = 1 ml of CDS but somewhere on this site it was said that 3 drops of MMS = 1 ml CDS. So I wonder which is correct?

As long as its nothing that could be more then placebo, anxiety or usual stuff, id say it works...
I mean, cds cant negate 100% of the vaccine. There will be spike proteins being built and they will have some time to do their work,
but i guess its probably 90% less due to cds oxidizing´s work.

Update: feeling somewhat ok today. I was fine through the night, just very tired early. Today I woke up and sprung out of bed and then a few hours later started having some brain fog and little twinges of a headache and once again very tired so I climbed back in bed. Hoping it passes quickly! I also haven't had caffeine in a few days and ran out of Claritin D for my allergies so those are all factors.

Andreas Kalcker says that 1 drop MMS1 = 1 ml CDS because you have to take into account that there will be some additional activation of the sodium chlorite by the acid in your stomach.Joanne,

Agreed. I did a one drop every 15 mins protocol this am for an 1:45 mins and then was going to do another in the PM but I realized once I stopped dosing, I felt blah. I went back to an hourly protocol and have felt fine since plus took an Epsom salt bath. As long as I'm doing that plus hydrating, I feel pretty normal.

Interesting, i felt similar - didnt think much of it then, but now that you said it. This stopped on day 3 or 4 for me, since then im doing only cds 2ml twice a day.
Got more headache then usual though and my neck is kinda stiff. Might be from climbing too much (i do sportclimbing and tend to overdo it).

Did you do protocol C before vaccine day?
Did you start off with protocol F from nothing?
Did you start protocol F on an empty stomach?
Protocol F should be done once a day.

I use MMS and even then I just guess the doses especially when I got sick from vaccine shedding from a friend, I was desperate and just tried 2
drops activated every hour for 3 hours which got me past the worst. Then I just took 1 or 2 drops now and then when I felt I needed it.
The guys in here are the CDS pros so you'd be better asking them about those particular protocols.

Here's a question for you all. Maybe you might have some answers.
My friend who got both Pfizer jabs who didn't think she needed to detox initially just told me last night she had experienced a side effect.
First jab she was fine for a few days then she got ill then decided to dose up on MMS and rested for 12 hours and started to feel better following that.
Second dose, again she didn't detox but felt unwell again, did the MMS and recovered.
Last night we had a proper catch up and what she didn't tell me was that she had painful calf muscles. The first jab she put it down
to the hill run she did that morning. However just to see if it was from vigorous exercise, for the second jab she decided to skip
exercise that morning. She told me that her calf muscles ached again and this time she experienced tingling and slight numbness
in her legs. She described it like that pain you'd expect after doing a 21km marathon like we used to do. So she knew it was a side effect of the vaccine and that's what encouraged her to take the MMS the second time again which then resolved shortly after.
So she visited her doctor and he did mention it was a common side effect but that it was nothing to worry about.
I'm just wondering if she should get a d-dimer test and possibly check her troponin levels too?
She feels absolutely fine now but I thought would be worth checking out especially if she's to get boosters in the future.
