Protocol C can be taken for as long as you like.Update from my side -> still ok, no side effects. Guess im over the worst, if you want to call it that.
Nerves are a bit wrecked... the vaccination and the current situation in Austria were a bit hard on me the last week.
One thing, that came to my mind... the protocol should be done 21 days. I wonder if thats such a good idea,
as cds cancels out any antioxidants in the body. Taken for 3 weeks leaves you healthy but with a weak immune system (in my theory).
Ive read several times from people who made a cds detox and afterwards got sick. I mean, makes sense... doesnt it?
Maybe cycling antioxidant days with cds days might be a good idea.
Great to hear you're doing well. Awesome news. Keep us updated.

I see quite a few on the forum saying they avoid antioxidants all together during use of MMS / CDS but I disagree with that. Our bodies need a balance. There is a reason why practically everyone has heard of antioxidants, but only been told the bad side of oxidants. They don't want you to know. I believe we need both for balance.

CDS / MMS is one of the weaker oxidants and don't forget it will 'burn' itself out on pathogens, poisons and other things in the body long before it will burn out our supply of antioxidants in larger tissue. However, to be on the safe side, this is why at night I'd supplement with nac n-acetyl cysteine powder. This will give the body plenty to make any necessary glutathione. I'd also supplement with vitamin C as well. This to me is common sense. Our body needs both and they work together.

My friend got ill for 4 days after her first jab and didn't think to do any protocols. She just took low doses of MMS for the 4 days and bounced back well. She said she was grateful to have it on hand and wouldn't be without it.
Do you know how low doses she took? Thanks.

Today was finally V day for me..... sigh. I waited until the last possible moment and a day beyond my employer mandate date. I got J&J 3 hours ago. I had started a 1 drop every 15 mins MMS protocol 45 mins before and went for 2 hours. I started a one early this am but my morning appointment got moved so I ended up doing the protocol twice. I also did the patch and I've changed it once and it BURNS.... my skin is brownish under the patch but it's worth it at this point. So far, nothing noticeable. I will move back to protocol C tomorrow and hope for a good night tonight. 🤞🏻

Thanks for the update.
I feel it for you and I have been particularly thinking about your difficult situation.
You have done the best you can, so you should congratulate yourself. Please continue with the patch for (at least) two more days.
Please keep us updated.

The dmso patches burned my skin for days afterwards… haha. As the only „side effect“ i could very well live with it…
Hope you get through just as easy!

She usually plays it pretty safe and will have either 1 or 2 drops, 1 to 2 times a day if she feels she needs it.

My aunty left her DMSO patch on for 24 hours when I told her to change it throughout the day. She didn't listen and got a superficial skin burn. The second dose
she was fine since she didn't leave it on as long. The skin burn she received left a round patch perfectly where the injection site was. Keep us updated on your progress.

Update: feeling somewhat ok today. I was fine through the night, just very tired early. Today I woke up and sprung out of bed and then a few hours later started having some brain fog and little twinges of a headache and once again very tired so I climbed back in bed. Hoping it passes quickly! I also haven't had caffeine in a few days and ran out of Claritin D for my allergies so those are all factors.
