Be cautious ordering from OceansLab and PGL! was created by vorbius
I ordered some MMS from
www.oceanslab.com
. First time I did a few weeks back and my order wasn't even filled after 2.5 weeks. I called them and got some "murky" explanation about them running out of it at the time. She did not understand why it was not shipped when they had it again. I will give them that - they overnighted it to me. I had it the next day!
Again, I ordered on 12/29. The order on their site shows it is not filled. I emailed 2 days ago, yesterday, I called numerous times - nobody answers neither emails or picks up the phone. Dead silence. My card was charged immediately, though. Something is not right. Order from somewhere else.
I tried to order from projectgreenlife.com today. I decided to call. A man picked up - didn't know what I was talking about. I called 3 times, same man. He said he ordered a toll-free number just today, guess this is what he got. PGL site is still up and looks like they take orders. Something is not right... .

Well, I guess OceansLab reads this forum. They shipped it today. Still, I don't recommend them for their lack of professionalism. I cancelled this order yesterday and they still shipped it instead of refunding my money. Not buying from them anymore!

Ooops, they didn't ship it after all. They USPS only states it received notifications on intended shipping. I still haven't received it because it was never shipped and since than ordered sodium chlorite from a different source. OceansLab does not answer any emails or messages on telephone. I did not receive refund even though I cancelled my order almost two weeks ago. I now have to go with the cancellation through the bank. Lots of headache. Not worth it - don't buy from these crooks!

Oh, boy, that's not good. I have been odering from Oceans Lab for several years and never had any problems. I wonder what is going on. I ordered through the Natural Solutions website, as they have a link in their site. I think they must have some kind of working relationship with them. I haven't order from them lately, though, as I have plenty. Please get back with this thread when you find out more, as I have only used them as my source.

OK ... the first company I ever bought from was PGL and they were brilliant. Very fast delivery, good quality MMS ... I ordered again about 4 months later ...
No MMS, no answer to emails despite repeated attempts. Luckily I paid for the bottles with my credit card so was entitled to a refund through my bank ... or so I thought ...
But because the website was still up and gave the appearance of continuing to trade, it was a real struggle to convince my bank the company had simply gone down and ceased trading.
To cut a long story short I did get a bank refund in the end but it was very difficult. I suspect that the PGL website has been hijacked and the owner is not able to say or do anything about this. It's just a hunch but after they were closed down I think that whoever closed them down took control of their website too ...
So do not use this site and maybe don't judge them too harshly. There may be more to it than we know. And please can everyone continue to list on this forum reputable dealers who are still functioning, aswell as ones to avoid. In some places it is getting increasingly difficult to get hold of MMS and to do so quickly, which is just as crucial. Thanks!
