For making the full day solution with the 1/8th tspn of baking soda, Jim waited 20 seconds and then poured the water in. I thought we were to wait 3 minutes. Do I do 20 seconds or 3 minutes?
Can you tell me what the bag protocol is? I can't find it on Jim's site.
By the way, I used the mms for a bad cold yesterday - in my nose and drinking it. I got significantly better yesterday and I'm feeling nearly over it today. AMAZING. wow. That has never happened to me before and I use a LOT of alternative things to kick colds, and in my day to day life. Wow.

Can you tell me what the bag protocol is? I can't find it on Jim's site. There are no MMS protocols on Jim's websites. His protocols are only found in his books. Updated protocols are in the latest book.
