Hi. I recently started using MMS, still on the 1st protocol taking 3/4 drop portion. Before that I was developing a cold so tried the 6+6 protocol, which made me feel a bit better, however as soon as I went onto the starting protocol the cold developed anyway. That does not worry me as in general I feel ok, my airways are constantly clearing. The only worry I do have is blood spotting with some abdominal discomfort when I'm nowhere close to my period. As I have very weak pelvic floor muscle it mainly happens when I cough. Has anyone got any suggestions please? Could that just be one of the side effects? Thanks.
You don't say how old you are but it could be that your body is moving into peri-menopause.Which could cause irregular spotting during your cycle.
I haven't read that spot bleeding was something that happened when taking CDS. Could your body be moving toward menopause? Do you have regular pelvic exams? Consulting with a doctor is an option for you.
It seems like the most prominent side effects are diarrhea and nausea. Nausea could be indicating that you have taken too much. Always start out with low doses and work up one drop at a time day by day.I would be concerned about diarrhea lasting longer than a day.I have only had diarrhea once and have been using it for a few months. Also diet would play some role with diarrhea. I feel that my diarrhea was cause by what I had eaten rather than the CDS.
