Hello, my name is Patti.  I live in the USA and am a 60 yr old active female. I have arthritis in my knees, lower back pain occasionally, and a constant stuffy nose.  IN January 2025, I did the starting protocol and the Protocol 1000 - it took me 28 days, and I never got past 1.5drops MMS (diarrhea when I went to 2drops/hour).  I have since gone to the maintenance (6 drops every evening) and I use a homemade MMS spray in my nose (1 drop MMS to 30ml water).   I was not sick when I started, I just wanted to kill any toxins in my body and use natural sources for healing.   I am starting to get a cold today.   I am doubling my maintenance dose today ( I took 6 drops this morning 2 hours after my coffee) and will take another 6 drops this evening.   Should I start Protocol 1000?  And if so, do I need to do the starting protocol again?
