How do I make a 3000ppm solution using 28% Sodium Chlorite solution and the 50% Citric Acid was created by Chiledog
For convenience, I bought the 28% Sodium Chlorite solution and the 50% Citric Acid activator.  Use 1:1. 

How much water is needed to turn this into a 3000ppm solution?
