Hello friends,
My name is Citta, pronounced Chitta
It is a pali name, which is the language of The buddhist Suttas, given to me by my teacher. It means heart/mind.
My real name is Anthony.
I am new to CDS, 2 days in and i dont really know what to expect.
I was kind of hoping it would help with my digestion problems, but i have no idea what causes them... histamine intolerance, leakey gut, candida... who knows! So after reading a few posts i am not sure it will do what i was hoping for but i am still eager to go on this journey.
May you all be well, and i look forward to sharing health and well being with you all.
