I’m new to MMS and began the starting protocol yesterday, so far, so good. It actually kicked my cold out of my body. I want to get my husband started today. We need MMS because the pharmaceutical companies are trying to kill us. We have been working with essential oils and herbs vs pharmaceuticals and the MMS is another great tool in our health kit.
i have a question, should caffeine be avoided all together or just within 2 hours of dosing?

Hi Marcy, I'm new here too and no one has replied to my question either. But I think I can help you with your coffee question. Yes, you should avoid caffeine all-together. And if that makes you sad I feel your pain. I soooo, miss my morning coffee. Though I have read that you can have some an hour after your last dose of the day, but who wants to drink coffee at night?!
As humans we are adaptable and we can create a new habit. I have just replaced my coffee with CDS (aka MMS). I have read different protocols on how to space the MMS out between food. I think on this forum they say take it at least 1 hour before and 1 hour after eating. On Dr. Andreas Kalcker's protocol I read 2 hour before eating. It IS very confusing with conflicting information. I think the best thing to do is buy his book Forbidden Health. I am.
