Have been a lurker reading everything posted here along with researching sites and reading book but finally feel I should wave a hand at all you lovelies and introduce myself.  I have started my protocols yesterday and so far so good with no reaction.  I do have a question, though, about when to stop.  Everything I have read says to stop when you feel well.  Um, I have been sick for so long with all sorts of health issues that I don't really know what well feels like anymore so I assume your being will let you know if you've taken sufficient MMS/DMSO etc. to stop?
