Hi, i am knut from norway

I have tried mms for 2-3 weeks, but i cant se any difference.
I usually use 10 drops for a 1,5 liter bottle, and try to drink a couple of bottles every day. I make about 4 bottles at the same time, and store some of them for a few days. Shouldt that work?
I mainly want to do something about my diabetes 2 condition.

They usually recommend making each dose fresh and drinking right away. It’s a chore, but I got used to it. I have small bottles and filtered water with me all day.  I too have seen no results on protocol 1000 working towards 2000.

That is not the protocol and sounds like an ineffective way of doing it. You would have much better success doing 3 activated drop an hour, for several hours a day. Concerning diabetes, if you are not addressing your iodine deficiency then I'm not sure I would expect much from MMS.

Iodine attaches to insulin receptors and improves glucose metabolism, which is good news for people with diabetes.

With diabetes you should look toward diet more than MMS1 IMO. Obviously do both but diet is key.

What do is your diet like?

Don’t give up too soon, by now you may realize that using 3 litres of water a day for your mix is making your mms very diluted. Jim Humble is very particular about the ratio of drops of mms to water. If you follow the good suggestions already posted I’m sure you will experience changes for the better in your health in several areas, some issues may take a little more time as well. My wife had the other spectrum of blood sugar issues, namely hyperglycaemia for decades, after about two weeks of taking (only) two activated drops per hour, eight times a day, she was permanently cured, more than a year and a half ago. She is still so happy about this.
