Stroke - Herxheimer Reaction

Hello, Recovering from a stroke.  On the Humble 1000 protocol.  Taking MMS + HCL for 6 days, altho' only finished step 3 [2 ozs] in Starting Procedure - because of diarrhea.  This morning I quit.  My question: should I take a lesser dose today (if feeling better) or should I wait a day or so?  2nd: Do I have to restart on the 1/4 drop or can I began at the 3/4 drop (which I've never taken that much).  I also take 2 to 3 glasses of psyllium husk since the problem started.  I wait 1/2 hour between drops before swallowing.  Is this wrong?  I would like for someone to start a new topic titled Herxheimer Reactions.  Don't know how myself.  Well, my daughter just told me I'm not taking enough p. husk: one heaping teaspoon.  She's telling me to try 2 tablespoons!

I'm new to MMS but I was told (and according to the Jim Humble's book) not to stop.  But do go to a lesser dosage.  The starting protocol should have had you do 1/4 drop every 8 hours for one day, the next two days go to 1/2 and the fourth day 3/4.  Then you start the 1000 protocol at 1 drop.  The book suggests you do 1 drop for a few hours then up it to 2.  I did 1 drop for the whole day and the next went to 2 and the one after that to 3.  But after a few days on 3 drops I had a big Herxheimer reaction, lost 4 pounds - had diarrhea and vomited.  I was cautioned to go back to 2 which I have done.  I would suggest going to 2 to see if that still occurs.  Also any supplements should be taken two hours before or after MMS treatment.  Hope this helps.  Others may have another suggestion.  But good luck.

i had 2 heart attacks and mini stroke and have lost a lot of memory and dealing with numbers and instructions give me a headache. my speech is much better and i find writing things down or printing things off in a diary helps with memory and concentration. iam also diabetic and suffer from ulcers which has been doing good with cds and dmso. i had the same reactions when i first started and the key is to cut back as per jims health recovery book. its well worth getting. all the best
