At quick glance I would say “NO”, simply because I can’t read the label. There are many good products out there but the proof is in the pudding. You are looking for a 22.4% sodium ChloriTe solution with either a 4% Hcl solution -or- 50% citric acid solution activator. Some mixes are a little higher (to 28% Scl / 5% Hcl 

Ive used the same brand from Amazon.uk. I made some CDS with it last week. It's very good quality. But that price is still a ripp off, but it seems the cheaper chemical companies do not ship to the UK so not much other options.

I've been able to get this product into Canada through Amazon.ca.

Great service from the third party reseller after the first attempt address screw up.

Once my address was corrected the replacement product arrived in 7 to 8 days.
