Hello and welcome to the MMS forum.
You should get and read Jim Humble's newest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook
The first protocol you will follow will be the Starting Procedure and it starts with 1/4 drop MMS1 doses.
Do you take collagen supplements for joint pain? I use Genacol collagen and it works great.

Hello my name is Dominic from San Jose, Ca. I had previously purchased the MMS products, but I had a stroke the day after they arrived. That was 3 years ago and now I'm realizing I should have contacted them right after, but my mind was not working properly. I'm hoping to get a specific protocol to follow to fully recover my left arm/hand usage, walk correct again, speak better, and have improved brain function. Thank you for any suggestions! I'm desperate!

Dominic, I suggest you get Jim's book referenced above. There is a Stroke & Heart Attack Protocol in the book, although it might be a little late for that now.
But, MMS may help you. Let us know if it does. Thanks.
