I was using Clay protocol, MMS 1000. Later I move on to MMS 1000 Plus (w/DMSO). I seemed to have shed some kind of bio film but the main issue which was heavy bloating still did not go away. Of course I read jim humble’s Book followed his directions very carefully.

I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with me. I also get tired and achy when I get bloated.

Does anyone know if I should keep going with the Protocols or seek other alternatives? Has anyone stayed on these Protocols longer than 4 months?

Have you seen anyone in the medical profession to get their opinion? If so, what kind of tests did they perform? Results?

Next, take a close look at your diet.

And, don't forget to do a bowel cleanse followed by upper organ cleanses. I have used some of Dr. Richard Schulze's products found at www.herbdoc.com

I haven’t seen anyone in the medical profession. I did not have any tests.
My diet is extremely good. Very close to keto.
I didn’t do any bowel cleanse except occasional home enema.
Thanks for you reply!

Did I miss the part where you explained to the group what is the condition you're trying to improve?

For heavy bloating, usually caused by diet or combinations of what we eat. do you have a gluten problem? Bloating mostly
Wrong food combinations could be youre problem
Eg Fruit should eaten alone and before main food or generally after 2-3 hrs after consuming other foods. Fruit takes about 10 minutes to digest. Except a banana about 40 mins.on an empty stomach.
Meat and potatoes should not be combined. It takes 2 different types of acids to digest these 2 foods. This combo can take up to 7 hrs to move along. Bloating!!!!
These acids both neutralise each other so this combo sits in the gut a long longer. Not good.
Not producing enough hydrochloric acid as can happen the older we get, to properly digest food. Organic apple cider vinergar will help this,
Eating a lot of processed cxxp food doesnt help. With age if we are not eating healthy, digesting food properly one should take digestive enzynes. Helps a lot.
If you can buy a book , health via food by william howard hay written around 1930s. He turned all his patients around by the food they ate.
And then good ole MMS. If youve got bad bacteria in your system you need to get it out. Also take Probiotics or fermented food to heal +++++++++. Just get on a computor and research till it drives you crazy but answers are out there.
A sluggish liver doesnt help.
And you havent told us what youre problem really is and if you dont know, dont be frightened, find out. It makes it easier for others to suggest and for you to find the answers.
If it were me I would have got a blood test and gone from there and heal myself.

If no progress in 4 months when ingesting MMS1, the problem could easily be low stomach acid.

Most people think that MMS in MMS1 is fully activated when made, when it is actually only 10% activated. That is by design by Jim Humble. www.mmsinfo.org/infosheets/mms1_ppm_vs_activation_time-3.pdf

Stomach acid is necessary to activate most of the residual MMS in MMS1. If there is not enough or any stomach acid, that additional activation does not happen.

So, the answer may be to use CDH, which is 50% activated when made, or CDS which is 100% CLO2 without any residual MMS or acid activator. There are other ways to get CLO2 into a body besides ingestion.

On this forum I notice a lot of people using MMS for things I would not primarily use it for unless I'd already tried to more specifically address a problem. If I was suffering from bloating I would look at diet, stomach acid production / levels, look into levels of digestive enzymes, I might supplement with a wide full spectrum digestive enzyme to see if that made any difference. I might even supplement with a few drops of HCL to see if that improved anything. Your thyroid health can also have an impact on digestion which leads back to iodine again. If your body suffers a problem due to some deficiency, but you correct it by using MMS. I don't think you will be doing yourself any favors. But if you've tried to correct any deficiencies and still have no luck, then MMS would make more sense. That's just how I see it anyway.

I would look at diet. Look at an all-round diet rather than keto.

Lots of fresh vegetables, some fruit, fish, wholegrain bread (none of this brown or white crap, must be wholegrain), fresh cut up ginger and turmeric (level teaspoon every other day swallowed whole with water, don't chew), nuts and so on. Just a healthy all-round diet rather than concentrating on a single aspect.
