I’m just a “kinda of” ol’ feller that still thinks he is a young feller. I ride dirt bikes, work on classic 4X4 trucks, travel all over the States, and hurt myself every so often. My lovely wife hopes I’ll slow down at some point but she doesn’t realize that is not in the cards. She is an avid user of essential oils and a look in the closet will reveal a hundred bottles or more. LOL

I have recently found out about DMSO to see if it helps out with some first time knee pain and a recent arm injury.

Also look into high dose Vitamin D - 5,000iu to 10,000iu per day - two people I know said their joint pains went away on Vitamin D within 2 weeks
